Your team looks good so far.

On Mienshao, I would suggest Stone Edge > Rock Slide for greater power and crit chance. This isn't doubles, so you wouldn't need it.

Same thing applies to Aerodactyl (Stone Edge > Rock Slide).

Your Florges set is lacking one important move: Wish. This is probably one of the most important moves because Florges can reliably heal itself and teammates with it. Because Gligar can already use Toxic, I suggest replacing Toxic with Wish.  Synthesis could be substituted for Protect, but phazers (such as Swampert) can disrupt the Wish pass. It's just a minor suggestion, so you can still use Synthesis.

I've also noticed that Aerodactyl is a bit weird because of having 2 elemental fangs; you might want to replace them with Earthquake and Aqua Tail for good coverage and power.

I edited it again and now, four common threats, swampert, entry hazards, fake out, and espeon, are not nearly as threatening. shaymin deals with swampert, espeon gives entry hazard leads a taste of their own medicine, and chandelure nullifies fake out and weakens espeon.
