Pokémon Rate My Team

I've been trying to get back into competitive, and this is the first team I've made so far. I really haven't used Heatran before so I would like to get some help on that.

Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Heal Bell
- Fire Blast
- Return
Again, this is me trying to get experience using new Pokemon. All-out offensive Mega Altaria with setup and then coverage.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 248 HP / 188 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Taunt
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
I've been wanting to try Gliscor for a long time, so I slapped it onto this team. I think (?) most people use this set, but I'm sure it fits into this team well. Heatran already has Toxic, but which one would utilize it better? Or should I keep it on both?

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
In every team that I have, I always make it a point to have a hazard setup and remover. Starmie is here for that purpose, and I needed a good water type for coverage.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spd
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
As I mentioned, this is my first time using Heatran so I would really like some help with it. He's my hazard setup and stall. Taunt is to stop opposing hazard setup and recovery etc. and Toxic is just more stall.

Cobalion@Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Close Combat/Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
My Weavile counter (thanks Lusty).

Serperior @ Meadow Plate
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power (Fire)
- Synthesis
Even though Starmie is a special attacker, I didn't really make it to be a sweeper. Instead, we have this Serperior. Meadow Plate is like Life Orb but a bit weaker and no recoil.

This is my team! It's probably pretty horrible but I'm going to stick with it. Anything anyone has to say about this team is welcomed.

Your team is certainly solid for a "first time" type of thing. At a glance, it looks good. However, seeing the playstyle this team is, it has its issues:

- Weavile. It spells the fastest 6-0 of your life. It OHKO's everything bar Heatran or maybe Metagross, but seeing that Weavile packs Knock Off (and forces MANY switches), it can always easily spam the move. If it runs Low Kick > Pursuit, Tran is always 2HKO'd. You can potentially run Lucario, Scizor, or Cobalion as Swords Dance wallbreakers, or even as a Volt Switch Pivot for Cobalion.

-Altaria does not need Fire Blast on a team that covers Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Skarmory well. You can ditch it for Roost, which will help you switch into attacks if needed, or let you set up more Dragon Dances.

-Run Leftovers or Meadow Plate on Serperior. Serperior is a great answer to Offense and Balance (bar MVenu and MAltaria builds), and very much appreciates its bulk. Leftovers allows Serperior to primarily act as a one time revenge killer, and turn into a potent bulky sweeper after a Leaf Storm kill. It Also helps out against recovery stallers and Ferrothorn, who usually cannot knock you out from about 70-80%. Meadow Plate is basically a weaker Life Orb for Leaf Storm, your primary move to sweep. At +4 (2 Leaf Storms) you basically OHKO whatever isnt fully dedicated to walling you. Replace Giga Drain for either Glare (allows you to spread Paralysis early game) or a support move of either Synthesis (if Meadow Plate) or Taunt (if Leftovers). Each of the 3 moves have their merits, such as Glare crippling Torn-T, Synthesis allowing you to heal up on an expected switch, or beating clerics 1v1 with Taunt, such as Unaware Clefable.
Thanks! while testing it out on Showdown, I ran into Weavile A LOT and it was pretty terrifying. I think I'll use Cobalion instead of Metagross because I really need a Fighting type, also a Weavile counter.
For Serperior, I want it to have the most sweeper potential it can possibly have, so I'll use the Meadow Plate+Synthesis. Also, I've been thinking about replacing Earthquake on Altaria for Heal Bell, but since I'm switching Metagross for Cobalion, and Fire Blast for Roost, I'm not that sure. Status is a big problem, especially the para. What do you guys think?
I've made a few more changes:

I'm erasing Toxic on Gliscor for Earthquake, as I am walled by way too many Pokemon with only Knock Off as my attacking move. Also, Altaria: I'm definitely going to keep Return instead of Dragon Claw, and Heal Bell instead of Roost. Fire Blast I found to be a surprising move that took out Forretress and Scizor, without any obvious switching so I don't lose that DD boost.
