so many protects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
seriously good selection of pokemons
you can level them up a bit and get better movesets before asking for suggestions
you can also go in for sunny day-solar beam combo with blaziken-venusaur
^ VCG usually sees most of the team having Protect.
Nice team, some of it looks odd but I think it stands a fighting chance. Only problem is that there is this one pokemon that could tear open a hole in your team... Mega Gardevoir. You'll find her quite a few times under Tailwind and similar speed control.

Also, there's all kinds of wrong in Blaziken. It's spread wastes a lot of EVs, you should always try to keep them divisible by 4. And with so much Protect in VGC, High Jump Kick has a good chance of missing. It's an unnecessary risk, try going for something like Low Kick or Superpower.
I like it. Raichu doesn't seem to be doing much, so I would replace it with a dedicated Gardevoir check like Bisharp or Aegislash (if Bisharp I would change Terrakion and if Aegis I would change Jellicent), but other than that it looks good.

Also, change Blaziken to this set, it will work better.

DeathChicken (Blaziken)@ Life Orb
Naive | Speed Boost
100 Atk / 156 SpA / 252 Spe
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Low Kick
- Protect

156 SpA Life Orb Blaziken Overheat vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Aegislash-Shield: 172-203 (102.9 - 121.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
156 SpA Life Orb Blaziken Hidden Power Ice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Landorus-T: 177-213 (107.2 - 129%) -- guaranteed OHKO
156 SpA Life Orb Blaziken Hidden Power Ice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Salamence: 166-198 (97 - 115.7%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
100 Atk Life Orb Blaziken Low Kick (100 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Kangaskhan: 190-226 (104.9 - 124.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
100 Atk Life Orb Blaziken Low Kick (120 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 218-257 (130.5 - 153.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Alternatively you could try a set with Flare Blitz > Overheat and run 196 Atk / 44 SpA / 252 Spe. but the one you have right now looks good.
