Bisharp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant
Level: 50
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Protect
I started with focus sash Bisharp because it counters a lot of the meta and is generally powerful. EVs outspeed other bisharps running adamant.

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Return
- Low Kick
- Protect
My counter to mega kangaskhan, as well as another very powerful mon.

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
-King's Shield
-Shadow Sneak
-Shadow Ball
-Flash Cannon
General tank and trick room counter. I used to have Heatran here, but trick room was much more of a problem than talonflame.

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Protect
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
A very fast mon that can be very scary when used correctly.

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Protect
An alternative fake out attacker if I need alakazam.

Latios @ White Herb
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Protect
An alternative special attacker and fighting counter if I need lopunny.

I tried to counter as many top tier threats as possible, and it's worked out well so far.

Okay so this team has potential, but there a few corrections that need to be fixed, expect a rate fromm me shortly.
Bisharp  — Good. I would say "Run Adamant", but I like the Jolly one ;)

Lopunny — Good, but replace HJK with Low Kick, or just replace the whole thing with a Kangaskhan.

Aegislash — Good.

Alakazam — Needs a very dedicated team. Your team is very frail and lacks speed control, so I would suggest Cresselia.

Weavile — Sash > Life Orb. That's all I'm gonna say.

Latios — A little meh, but he really likes Weavile's Life Orb. Also put Protect > Shadow Ball and Ice Beam > Thunderbolt for better general utility.

You've got three Ghost weaknesses and no dedicated Aegislash check, which could be a problem.
Grime Time thanks, although I can't run sash on both Bisharp and Weavile because of item clause. I changed the Latios set, so I will edit the question shortly.
You do have a bit of trouble with item traffic. Maybe try running Life Orb on Bisharp to make up for lack of Adamant, Sash on Weavile and Expert Belt on Latios? White Herb is fine, but is easily triggered by Intimidate.
Since I'm on mobile, I can't say much. But majority of your item traffic comes from having too many pokemon that do the same thing. Like Bisharp - Weavile and Alakazam - Latios. They are really similar in many ways, I would suggest you replace one of them.
Grime Time sash is necessary to reliably counter landorus-t. I often pair Bisharp with alakazam instead of Latios to counter intimidate. Scillicet Bisharp and Weavile fill very different roles, Bisharp beating landorus, salamence, Gyarados, and mawile and Weavile being generally fast and strong and providing fake out support.
What she meant, I think, is that they have very redundant typing and weaknesses. Same with Alakazam and Latios. I would replace Weavile with another Fake Out support and Latios with a bulky Water-type with access to Ice Beam.
Yeah, basically what Astro said. They fill different roles but their methods, typing and offenses are far too similar. Replacing them would definitely be beneficial (I've learned that the hard way, all thanks to double dragon. Lol ;-;)
Grime Time do you have a specific recommendation for a different fake out user? And latios is neccessary, being an absolute monster paired with lopunny.
