Iron Head isn't really necessary since yeah you have Metagross. Roost could work as Kyurem B scares out a lot of  other mons or potentially sub but you lose your longevity

Kyurem-B is a Fast Mixed Sweeper :)
I honestly don't think you need Rock Polish on Mega Metagross. Just run a Jolly nature and replace it with Bullet Punch; gives priority, and you're still pretty fast.
*You don't have any Defense-oriented Pokémon. You could probably replace Mew with Skarmory, which gives you a Flying type while also keeping Defog (and gives you another Pokémon to work in Sandstorm!).

Skarmory @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind

Also- your team is vulnerable to setup sweepers like Mega Altaria or Excadrill; which Skarmory's Whirlwind can help a little with. Preferably, get rid of one of your scarfers and replace it for a supporting Pokémon that can Thunder Wave (Ferrothorn / Clefable) or Will-o-Wisp (Sableye / Rotom-W).

Hope that helps! (And I'm not very creative when it comes to names. Sorry!)

A few comments/questions- 1) whilst Skarmory is a good options, I have two worries which are that I will have no one to use taunt and will leave myself incredibly weak against both psychic and ghost types. What should I do about that?
2) Which scarcer should I remove? I'm thinking that Kyurem-B could be removed for Rotom-W as it would have basically the same attacking bonuses against the same types. However, as hippowdon is fairly defensive would it be too much defence in my team? However I do like the idea of a second defensive wall/annoyer.
Thanks for your original input. I'm interested to see what you think.
I'm sending my friend Srw3 to help. He'll put you on track.

Try Life Orb Kyurem B instead of Scarf. Keep Scarf Keldeo. You don't have a whole lot of Pokemon that work well in sand either so idk about Hippowdon. Mew is solid, you don't need to change that. Maybe put Will-O-Wisp over Taunt or Defog but that's just preference. Where on the ladder are you playing at as well? Rock Polish Metagross won't make a difference if you're low ladder (below 1500) and you can easily just replace that for Pursuit or Thunder Punch (Starmie)

Thanks a lot. I've fixed up metagross, and Kyurem is now running a life orb, however do you think I should replace a move of his with outrage/dragon claw for a dragon type move? Or, given he's running a life orb, even roost? Or should I just keep iron head, for fairy type damage? Thanks
I mean you already have Megagross which is a solid fairy killer, you don't need Iron Head tbh. Dragon Claw could be beneficial just because it scares out a lot with that and has amazing neutral hitting power. You have recovery on 3 of your mons already, I don't think Roost is needed.
