I reckon switch venasaur for ferrothorn, but keep the same moveset+ability. Also switch Greninja's Normal Gem for a Silk Scarf/Life Orb. And try chuck a ghost type in there, you have absolutely no safe switch ins to a shedninja endeavor.

Do Simple on Gardvoir. After one Geomancy, you'll be at +4 SpAtk, SpDef, and Speed.

The entire point of Regenerator Goodra is to run Assault Vest so maybe switch Leftovers out for that.

Maybe Weakness Policy on M TTar. He has a decent amount of bulk and can live some 2x effective moves. Also yeah what SlaughterSlugg said, Shift Gear > DDance.
