Pokémon Rate My Team

I wouldn't consider myself the best teambuilder or battler, but I haven't noticed a lot of glaring flaws with the teams I've made. This is the team I have the most success with, but I still have trouble with it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite
Ability: Tough Claws
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-- Bullet Punch
-- Ice Punch
-- Power-Up Punch
-- Zen Headbutt
Ice punch covers dragon types and Lando-t, bullet punch for those fairies, although it could be switched out with something more powerful if necessary, zen headbutt for stab and that nice flinch chance (it never happens), and power-up punch to raise the attack, obviously

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
-- Stealth Rock
-- Spikes
-- Leech Seed
-- Seed Bomb
Ferrothorn is my defensive wall, it does a pretty good job, but can't really do much against any pokes besides hazards. I have seed bomb over power whip for the accuracy, although it could easily be changed.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Toxic
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Thunderbolt
A basic sweeper/wall breaker and my secondary fairy counter. I never really end up using toxic, but it's useful sometimes and I don't know what would be better in that slot. Same with t-bolt.

Diancie @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 232 HP / 8 Def / 16 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Specially defensive wall. I have HP fire for scizor, although it's only ever useful against noobs. I kind of want to replace Diancie with a better poke, but I don't know what, or if that's even a good idea.

Darmanitan @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide
- Superpower
- U-turn
Another wall breaker. This thing hits pretty hard, but is easily predicted. I feel pretty good about the moves it has though.

Latios @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Energy Ball
- Ice Beam
- Psyshock
I don't really know what to say about this thing. It hits hard I guess?

Like I said, any suggestions are very much appreciated.

Metagross: It already has very high physical attack. Replace power-up punch with earthquake or hammer arm for more weakness coverage.
Gengar: Replace toxic and thunderbolt with focus blast (for fighting and steel coverage) and giga drain (for healing).
Latios: Replace energy ball and ice beam with fire hidden power (for actual coverage) and trick (to potentially lock a physical attacker or support into setting up).
Mega Metagross doesn't need Rock Polish as much as regular Metagross because its Speed stat shoots up to 110.
No one really ran Agility (Agility > Polish btw) on standard Meta. MMetagross needs the boost to outspeed Thundy, gengar, standard Zam and choice Keldeo.
Sumwun, this is the second time you suggested Gyro Ball as Ferrothorn's default. With Metagross around, Power Whip is superior. Slow or not, Gyro Ball is quite inconsistent and Ferro needs to hit Slowbro and Keldeo on the switch
Okay. I get it now.
Sidenote: Please address me as "sumwun" and not "Sumwun". Thanks.
I understand that Diancie's defense stats look really good, but I think you should replace it with something else.
Advantages of using Diancie:
U can trick others into thinking Diancie is ur mega, to kinda mess up the opponent
It also has ok coverage, decent power and great bulk.
It can also boost both of its defensive stats via diamond storm and calm mind.
Disadvantages of using Diancie:
Diancie has really a lot of weaknesses. Its not too good as a wall.
Diancie only has 50 base hp. That's not too good.
Diancie's slow. U'll not get the Hp fire off. Scizor will just priority bullet punch slam u in the face.
No one uses regular Diancie as a wall in OU. It faces stiff competition from stronger pokes with better typing, or more support moves, like Goodra. Goodra has better speed, a better movepool, more hp, more offensive presence, better typing and so on.

# BTW Ferrothorn can act as a physical wall and goodra as a special one, so the low defense on goodra isn't that much of an issue.
You wouldn't use Diancie though unless it was your Mega. Like, non-mega diancie has no business in OU. Goodra's low defence is still somewhat an issue. Talonflame can beat Goodra and ferrothorn
I guess ur right D: Sigh...
