Doubles UU Anger Point abuse

Question

I was wondering if this troll/abuse team could be viable in Doubles UU:
Smeargle @ Air Balloon
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Wide Guard
- Frost Breath
- Leer
- Magnet Rise

Primeape @ Assault Vest
Ability: Anger Point
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Smack Down
- Punishment

Vanillish @ Air Balloon
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Magnet Rise
- Frost Breath
- Attract
- Toxic

Camerupt @ Luminous Moss
Ability: Anger Point
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Toxic
- Facade

Vanillish/Smeargle would use Frost Breath on Primape/Camerupt. With the Anger Point ability, this instantly boosts their attack to 4x. Then, Primape/Camerupt begins to attack with Earthquake/Rock Slide, which does massive amounts of damage. Magnet Rise is used in case the balloon pops, and Vanillite has other random moves to mess up the opponent. Could this actually be viable? And are there any ways to make this troll better?

Smeargle: Replace leer with stealth rock.
Primeape: Replace punishment with knock off or a fighting attack.
Vanillish: Replace with Vanilluxe.
Camerupt: Replace toxic with flare blitz.

I don't think being a  Vanilluxe will be too much of a problem. I made the other changes as well. Also, they have Jolly and Careful, which both lower SpA.
