I havent posted a team here in over half a year, so expect this to be much better.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
Happiness: 0
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Frustration
...yeah, not a very convincing start, but trust me. BD Azu is one of the most threatening sweepers in the tier. If Heatran's Stealth Rock is up, nothing can stop Azumarill. EVs are to outspeed 0 speed Rotom-W and so Belly Drum activates the Sitrus Berry.

Pinsir-Mega @ Pinsirite
Ability: Moxie
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Frustration
- Close Combat
- Quick Attack
That's better, the best revenge killer in OU... Yes, I'm serious. Regular Pinsir has Moxie, meaning it gets an attack boost if it gets a kill. And if Mega Pinsir has an attack boost, you win the game. Again, I'm serious. (Warning: Low Ladder) http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-346052252

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower
I told you I was better! The set basically explains itself, with physically defensive EVs and Calm Mind. Clefable survives things it really shouldn't, such as Life Orb Scizor's Bullet Punch and Life Orb Bisharp's Iron Head.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Toxic
My lead, special wall, and wallbreaker all in one. EVs are to outspeed bulky garchomp.

Tornadus-Therian @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- U-turn
- Knock Off
Easily my most-used team member. Hurricane OHKOs the majority of the tier, and the rest of its moveset covers everything else.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Iron Head
My alternative wallbreaker with only one flaw keeping it in OU: its speed. However, it actually outspeeds a lot more than you might expect and can take hits surprisingly well.

Wow it's actually good this time.
That was a frikkin noob in that replay... He had a sashed honchkrow so he could have gone for drill peck again to KO pinsir. That should have been a loss, but not because your team sux, u played badly.
And if u can make an exportable I'll be willing to try this on the ladder to find its flaws.

Here you go Darkheart, good luck!
Teams not bad, went above 1600 on the ladder, i didn't have enough time to ladder more, I'll rate it soon.
Lost only 1 game out of around 10 and that was due to me forgetting Flying is not very effective against Rotom-W.
Good. It turns out water is neutral against electric, and I confuse it with flying all the time.

i decided to rate this to encourage better teams on RMT as most of 'em are crappy.

Azumarill

188 speed EVs is enough to outspeed mega venusaur and to OHKO with frustration after rocks.
As MVenu isn't a big threat to your team you could run adamant with 164 speed to outspeed uninvested base 70s like bisharp and skarm.

Frustration over return for opposing dittos.

Mega Pinsir

Frustration > Return

Clefable

Good

Heatran

>It's generally advisable to run at least enough Speed to outspeed standard Mega Venusaur—which typically hits 200 Speed to outrun minimum Speed Azumarill— so that it doesn't get opportunities to heal up against Heatran. Outrunning Rotom-W to hit it with Toxic before it Volt Switches out and potentially block a Pain Split can also be useful; something to keep in mind is that Rotom-W typically runs 44 Speed EVs to outrun Jolly Azumarill (hitting 219 Speed), so enough investment to hit 220 Speed is the minimum necessary.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 188 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
OR
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpD / 120 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

Tornadus-T

You could consider AV over LO. And timid nature as u turn and knock off are purely used for utility

Kyurem-B

Good.

This team lacks a defogger which is essential considering that mega pinsir is in the team. Good opponents will always try to set up rocks to deal with pinsir so I suggest a defogger over kyurem b

Latias

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish/Roost

The given EV spread lets Latias avoid the 2HKO from Life Orb Thundurus's Hidden Power Ice without Stealth Rock damage and also hits a Life Orb number.

You do lose out on an ice type but honestly the rest of your team covers the need for an ice type.
Healing wish if you wanna revive MPinsir to give it a chance to sweep again or roost to heal yourself.

Hope I Helped :D
Good luck!

Can someone pls edit the mistakes? It's difficult to do so on my phone
Sorry if I'm late. Edited.
Thanks :D [filler]
I would advise to make Heatran a more current Max HP Max Speed Timid variant to effectively deal with Mega Scizor, as most of them are favoring  Adamant 252 Speed (249 speed). With Rocks up and 1 SD, 3 attacks MSciz can plow through your team, and the best you can do to stop it is sacking said Heatran to a Superpower so MSciz gets an attack drop, where it cannot OHKO MPinsir after rocks.
(+2 252+ Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Pinsir: 204-241 (75.2 - 88.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock)
(+1 252+ Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Pinsir: 153-181 (56.4 - 66.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)

Running Max speed will ensure you always beat MScizor, as well as also having a shaky check to Bisharp, as they usually get comfortable vs Heatran and Knock Off, not knowing they are slower. You can even Taunt some tank chomps while they try to scare you out so they can SR up, but this type of play is a risk sometimes not worth going for.
I'll consider everything you've said. Kyurem is a very important part of the team, being an offensive wallbreaker. SR isn't too much of a problem because Pinsir doesn't usually switch out after it mega evolves. And Lusty, it is very important for Heatran to have special defense. It will die to any super-effective attack without it *cough* tornadus-t focus blast *cough* Edit: also, unboosted bullet punch 2hkos clefable and msciz won't get a boost off against Heatran.
I know what Special Defense Tran does, and I know what I'm saying when I'm suggesting Max HP Max Speed Heatran. There is a reason people run this set, and it is to specifically beat Adamant Max Speed Scizor's.

I dont know what calcs you're talking about, but with just Max HP, Heatran still tanks a ton of special moves in the tier. Granted, making a stupid play like keeping it in vs a pokemon known to carry a super effective move or even Knock Off in Torn-T's case, it contradicts your statement of wanting a healthy, specially defensive heatran. If a Tornadus were to switch in on you, your best bet is to go Clef on the Superpower (which AV Tornadus-T [the more common Tornadus-T variant] heavily prefers to Focus Blast, since Superpower does not have a chance to miss, and straight up OHKOs Scarf Tar after rocks) or the Focus Blast if it's LO. Also, both variants get 2HKO'd regardless by Focus Blast, investment or not.

Lastly, Mega Scizor doesnt need many times to come in and boost vs you. A Mega Scizor team can play so reckless against you as to just set up rocks, maybe a spike, and wait til Kyurem kills a mon so it can scare it out and SD, effectively sealing the game right then and there, as you would have nothing to prevent it from killing Heatran and weakening another member, or from straight up 6-0ing you.

The best part? Kyurem Fusion Bolt on the SD, Azumarill's unboosted Aqua Jet, and Mega Pinsir's quick attack COMBINED cannot OHKO Mega Scizor unless you have SR up. Even then, it's reliant on getting medium to high damage rolls every time.

An easy solution? Put some damn speed on Heatran lol.
Now I know to change my Ditto's happiness to 0 :P.
Kyurem can only be OHKOed by BP at +2, and earth power does more damage than fusion bolt. Then  Pinsir can come in n take a BP and SD up and can finish scizor off with Quick attack (provided no rocks on Pinsirs side).  (Minimum damage roll does around 97% but getting min for both moves is rare)
Azu needn't come in.
But yeah a faster heatran could be an easier solution but it would severely eat into its bulk.
My teams were deleted, so i had a chance to do this again. I put frustration on azu and pinsir, and put speed EVs on Heatran.
EDIT: I also put more HP on azu, leaving enough speed to outspeed 0 speed rotom-w.
