I see that only one move in your party super effects ghost types. with this team it would be hard to beat the likes of Pheobe (Ghost Type Elite Four Trainer) . If Ghost and .......... Types come like Frosslass, Golurk or Rotom comes, Noivern's gone. However, those pokemon practically don't exist because of their rarity. I also noticed that if a fire type comes in, Scizor/Serperior is a goner. With them gone, there is no grass in your team and excadrill is your only remaining high attack pokemon. Then when Excadrill comes in and OHKOs them, they can send in a water type and OHKO him. So I think that Scizor should be switched with one of these:
-Volcarona
-Galvantula
-Crustle
-Yanmega
-Scolipede
Notice I kept the bug types? They are actually quite useful because they beat grass, psychic and dark. You can choose the moveset but keep at leat one move matching their types, Escecially bug type.
