If they're all Level 50 I assume this is wifi singles or Battle Spot?
yes indeed, forgot to mention it :s
Is the landous therian?
Landorus: Focus blast is better for ice coverage than rock slide. Replace naive with timid.

-Give Rotom Timid over Jolly. Jolly hinders its SpAtk.
-Replace Will-o-Wisp and Hex with Volt Switch and Trick. Hex is too situational an Chiice Scarf Will-o-Wisp leaves you open for the opponent to set up on you or kill Rotom.
-replace Hex with Protect on Gengar. Again, Hex is too situational and Protect helps you stall through Perish Song.
-Run 252 HP over 252 Speed on Aggron. Aggron is slow and bulky, so he needs a good HP stat and doesn't like the speed.
-Dazzling Gleam is pointless on Sylveon when you have Hyper Voice. Use Shadow Ball or Hidden Power instead..
-Specs Baton Pass is kind of a weird choicw, so you may want to replace it with the other of the two moves mentioned above.
-Make Landorus a Special Attacker if it's Incarnate and Physical if Therian. If it's Therian, run Earthquake, Knock Off, U-Turn, and Superpower and if it isn't, give it 252 Speed and Spatk and run Earth Power, Psychic, Focus Blast, and Sludge Wave.
--That Kangaskhan set is weird. ResTalk is good, but your moves other than that are Toxic, which you can use once per opponent, and Fake Out, which is only once for every time you get it sent out. You could run ResTalk Snorlax.

Snorlax
252 HP/SpDef, 4 Atk, Sassy @Leftovers
Leftovers, Thick Fat
Return/Body Slam
Curse
Rest
Sleep Talk

Curse lets you set up here and Return is your best attack. Body Slam can cause Paralysis, if you'd want that over power.
