Your lack of restricted pokemon will hinder you, and with no weather control you're super weak to Primal Groudon.
Thanks for the advice, I'd use restricted Pokemon if I didn't dislike the idea so much. On teams with Primal Groudon I'll rely on Excadrill for super effectiveness.
You can not use restricted Pokemon if you want, but don't expect to be able to do as well as if you did use them. Use whatever you want, just don't expect to win.
Yeah I realise that, it's my first time building a team competitively so I'm not overly worried about losing
Altaria: Replace protect with either toxic or dragon pulse depending if you want to be more offensive or defensive.
Jellicent: If there's no item clause, replace spooky plate with leftovers. Scald has a low chance of burning, so you're probably better off replacing scald and attract with will-o-wisp and surf.
Excadrill: Since nobody on your team can set up sandstorm, replace sand rush with mold breaker. Its physical attack is already decently strong, so replace adamant with jolly.
252+ Atk Life Orb Mold Breaker Excadrill Earthquake vs. 4 HP / 4 Def Primal Groudon: 125-148 (71 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Excadrill is not a good counter to Groudon, cant OHKO, while Groudon can do this
0 Atk Primal Groudon Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Excadrill in Harsh Sun: 228-270 (105 - 124.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO. Absurd i know but illustrates my point that you need some thing faster and that hits harder
Actually, how about this set for Landorus instead of Excadrill (I didn't catch my games Landorus for competitive play so ignore nature)
Landorus @ Persim Berry
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Intimidate
Moves: Swords Dance, Earthquake, Stone Edge, (pick last move or/and change others)
EV's in Attack and Speed. 4 into HP
