This the team I always use for OU battles. It can function well but I find that the worst problem is my excessive amount of special sweepers so special walls like Blissey are a major threat

Gardevoir (F) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SAtk, 4 SDef, 252 Spd
IVS: 0 Atk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Hyper Voice
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Calm mind

Gardevoir is the obligatory Mega. I chose it for the team for its typing that forms a SFD core with Ferrothorn and Hydreigon. It also forms a FDP core with Hydreigon and Conkeldurr. Hyper Voice is used with Mega Gardevoir for boosted damage from STAB and Pixilate while bypassing Substitute. Shadow ball is used to deal with Ghosts and other Psychic types. Psychic is the other obligatory STAB move. Calm mind is used to set up SAtk for sweeping and SDef so Gardevoir can survive a few hits.

Hydreigon (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk, 4 SDef, 252 Spd
IVS: 0 Atk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Dark Pulse
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Earth power

Hydreigon is the second of my 4 special sweepers. Life Orb is for extra damage. Dark pulse and Draco Meteor are booth STAB moves. Flamethrower and Earth power are used mostly for coverage. Hydreigon in my opinion is useful but I think it could be even better in some way.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk, 4 SDef, 252 Spd
IVS: 0 Atk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Trick
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
-Hydro pump

Rotom-W is only in the team because it fit in well with a FWG core with Volcarona and Ferrothorn. Trick is used to shut down Pokemon that would cause a pain to the team by preventing moves from being used. Shadow ball is just a filler move for unneeded coverage. Thunderbolt is used instead of Volt Switch because Rotom-W is my only Water counter so I need to stay in with Rotom. Hydro pump is the other STAB move. This is the one I most want to replace.

Ferrothorn @ Red Card
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 Hp, 8 Atk, 252 def
IVS: 0 Spd
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock
-Spikes

The Hazard Setter. Red Card is used for disrupting foes plans for those foolish enough to physically attack Ferrothorn. Stealth Rock and Spikes are the obligatory hazard moves. Gyro ball is used for damage with Ferrothorn's low speed. Leech seed is used to heal.

Volcarona @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk, 4SDef, 252 Spd
IVS: 0 Atk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Quiver Dance
-Fiery Dance
-Hurricane
-Bug Buzz

Volcarona is yet another special sweeper. Leftovers is for longevity. Quiver Dance is for Speed, Sp.atk and Sp.def. Fiery Dance is used for STAB and even more Sp.atk boosts. Hurricane is used in case of rain teams. Bug Buzz is a sound based attack for substitute and STAB.

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 248 Hp, 252 Atk, 8 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtl)
-Drain Punch
-Mach punch
-Ice punch
-Knock Off

Conkeldurr is the only reason why special walls don't completely stop me. Assault Vest is for Bulk. Drain Punch is my recovery. Mach punch is priority. Ice punch deals with the flying weakness and Pokemon like Garchomp. Knock Off deals with items like eviolite and leftovers, making it easier to sweep
