Is this a good team for Unova Classic Competition?

I'm planning on entering the World-Class Battles in the Unova Classic Competition. But, I don't know if I have a good team to enter. I'm not allowed mega stones, legendaries, and mythicals.

Froslass (A Physical One)

Ability: Snow Cloak
Nature: Adamant
Held Item: Muscle Band
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Moves: Hail, Destiny Bond, Crunch, Ice Fang

Roserade

Ability: Poison Point
Nature: Modest
Held Item: Wise Glasses (Ever seen a Roserade with Glasses before?)
EVs: 252 Sp Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Moves: Venoshock, Venom Drench, Giga Drain, Aromatherapy

Magnezone

Ability: Analytic
Nature: Quiet
Held Item: Ring Target
EVs: 252 Df, 252 Sp Df, 4 HP
Moves: Magnet Rise, Swagger, Shock Wave, Reflect

Gallade (Supposed to mega, but megas aren't allowed)

Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Lonely
Held Item: Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Moves: Leaf Blade, Knock Off, Power-Up Punch, Psycho Cut

Seismitoad (Speedy Frog)

Ability: Swift Swim

Moves: Rain Dance, Earthquake, Gastro Acid, Bounce

Salamence (More Glasses)

Ability: Intimidate

Moves: Roost, Incinerate, Hidden Power, Swagger

I might have made mistakes because I am very young. Do you think I have a good team?

You don't seem to be running TR so the natures on Gallade and Magnezone should be changed to something that won't hinder speed or defense.  Adamant and Modest for example. I'm pretty sure you can't have two of the same items either. You have both Hail and Rain Dance on your team but there aren't Pokemon that synergise with it very well. Personally I would go Nature Cure over Poison Point as well on Roserade
