Well not really specific at first but I guess ou singles.
You don't want two mega stones on two pokemon because you will always end up losing an item. Besides, Pidgeot-mega and Gardevoir-mega are quite different, and they both need different kinds of support, so you wouldn't be able to fit enough support to ensure that both megas work well. Therefore its just generally better to choose one mega and go with it instead of two.

I wouldn't recommend having two mega stones, as that's really just a waste of an item as you can only mega evolve once a battle. Of course the circumstances would be different every time, but I'd go with Mega Pidgeot, and normal Gardevoir. Other than that, it's good.
