ResTalk is good, but Quick claw? Sylveon is a special wall. It doesn't need speed. Replace Quick claw with leftovers allowing it to get health back while asleep. Shadow ball only really checks Chandelure, Cresselia, and I guess Doublade. You need to check steel types. And to do that, you need HP fire, HP fire checks Mega Aggron, Metagross, Cobalion, Lucario, and Klefki.
Bastiodon
Wall, eh? Well Bastiodon has good defences, but it's 4x weak to Ground AND Fighting, very common types in UU, so I suggest switching Bastiodon for Blissy. Here is the set I suggest:
Blissy @ Mental herb/Leftovers
Ability: Healer
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/4Spd
Impish Nature
-Heal bell (Gets rid of status)
-Toxic (Lolololol)
-Protect (Helps with toxic stall)
-Soft-Boiled (Healin)
Mental herb allows you to escape from taunt. Impish nature and 252 Def EV's make up for.. 10 Defence. Leftovers can be used for the heals.

Change heat wave to fire blast for extra power. And swap Sludge bomb for nasty plot because you already have coverage for grass types.(Fairys can be stalled by Blissy) Nasty plot boosts you SpA to huge levels and makes houndoom a strong sweeper that can set up on Blissy and Cresselia.
Espeon
We already have a Heal Bell user now. So swap Heal bell for Substitute so you can't be set up on. Sub also helps with stalling until future sight activates.
