x4 Weedle (40 HP) (Skyridge)-Can do 30 damage for one energy. Needed for evolution.
x3 Kakuna (Skyridge)-Exoskeleton gives it a bit more bulk. Needed for evolution.
x2 Beedrill (Skyridge)-Venom Spray is nice, paralyzing and poisoning my foe. Needle Rush is really good. For two energy I can do either 10, 20, 30, 60, or 100 damage. Beedrill also has no retreat cost.
x3 Venonat (Skyridge)-Double Spin can do 20 damage for one energy. Needed for evolution.
x2 Venomoth (Skyridge)-Healing Dust is nice, as it can remove up to two damage counters from all my Pokemon. Miracle Powder is also decent. It is a three for 30 that can allow me to inflict the foe with my choice of Special Condition. Also has no retreat cost.
x2 Ledyba (40 HP) (Skyridge)-Weak to Electric instead of Fire and has a Fighting Resistance. Teary Eyes can let it take attacks early on and Quick Turn can do 20 damage for one energy. Needed for evolution.
x1 Ledian (Skyridge)-Pollen Shield is decent because it can protect me from Special Conditions. Swift can be used as a nice three for 50 attack that can go around Pokemon Powers and Bodies. Also has no retreat cost.
x2 Pineco (50 HP)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Forretress (Grass) (Skyridge)-Exoskeleton makes it take 10 less damage from attacks which is pretty nice. Shell Rupture does 10 damage to each Pokemon my foe has on the bench for two energy, which can be nice. Double Spin has a chance of doing 80 damage for three energy.
x3 Scyther (60 HP) (Aquapolis)-A decent 60 HP basic who can do 20 damage on the first turn.

x24 Grass Energy-Needed.
This deck is fairly basic, although it does have a focus on evolution and low retreat costs to allow me to get out the Pokemon I need for any situation. While it has a huge Fire weakness, the fact that Fire type cards in these sets are so weak keeps me safe.
