Slap a pair of Choice Specs on Primarina and put Hydro Pump over Energy Ball, which doesn't achieve any relevant coverage more valuable than the extra power.

Mamoswine isn't bulky enough and doesn't have the defensive typing to take advantage of Rest + Lum Berry. Hail + Snow Cloak is gimmicky at best, just like all legal evasion strategies. I suggest using this set, as your team doesn't have Stealth Rock yet:

Give Gross a Jolly nature and 252 Spe EV's.

Protect with a Choice item is pointless, use Poison Jab or Lunge instead.

Garchomp is fine, but could use a better item. Maybe try Swords Dance + Life Orb
