Well, it's not. I know how to make a team.
It doesn't seem so to me. According to the guide, you would do these things if you knew how to make a team:
> Be sure that your Pokemon aren't outclassed by other choices.
Why would you use Ambipom when Braviary hits so much harder? Why would you use Shuckle when Steelix does everything it does AND can deal a bit of damage? Why would you use Typhlosion when Emboar hits a lot harder and has two STABs? Why would you use Hitmontop over Virizion or Hitmonlee when it doesn't know rapid spin?
> Avoid situational moves.
The beat up on your Ambipom and acrobatics on your Sceptile look pretty situational to me.
> Make sure each attack on a Pokemon covers threats not already covered by the other attacks.
What is Typhlosion's hidden power supposed to cover?
> Make sure you use the best setup moves for the job, and don't use them at all if they aren't good.
Why would you teach power-up punch to Ambipom when two returns does much more damage than one power-up punch and one return? Why would you teach shell smash to Shuckle when protect stalls much more reliably?
> Have only one mega stone per team.
That looks good to me.
> Make sure a Pokemon's EVs and natures boost its most important stats.
That looks good to me.
> Don't use a mixed attacker unless you know what you're doing.
That looks good to me.
> Make sure you have already tested your team many times and read every Pokemon battling guide and you really have no idea how to make the team better before asking others for help.
Only you know the answer to this one.

So if you read the guide, then you might learn how to do these things.
Tried the original, lost 0 to 4 (Pokemon left) Tried those fixes, tied (0 to 0).
