Bliss doesn't need Tox or Sub because it's performing a cleric role. You don't need Flamethrower though, replace it with Seismic Toss.  Honestly Chansey is better anyway. Replace Bliss with Chansey.

 Also if you're playing OU then remove Ivysaur. Right now even Venusaur isn't that good, so a very slightly bulkier but much weaker version isn't going to cut it.

Jolteon is super subpar too. Not that fast or hard hitting anymore honestly. Hasn't since gen 5. Probably should replace it with Tapu Koko.

Honestly there a fair few things that don't stack up well in OU but i'm lazy and tired right now. Sorry >.>
