I win about 60% of the time in Pokemon showdown/OU but when a ashGreninja or Mega-Lopunny or Mega-Gallade i get overpowerd by the priority moves. Any way I like this team but I dont know what I got wrong if someone could please let me know what looks off. Thank you.

Other than that guide, lets run a few things down.

If you play in OU, use OU Pokemon only. Only really good player use pokemon from tiers other than OU and because it fills a very specific niche. Not because they like them.

Have Stealth Rock on your team. It's the most important move in the game.

And actually make an attempt to learn and counter the tiers more popular pokemon. Pokemon like Greninja and Landorus-T are used all the time, and your ability to take on these threats is limited.

Not trying to be mean or anything, just trying to help.

I'm pretty much just reiterating what has already been said here, but this just looks like a typical lower ladder team. Don't worry, we were all there at some point: it's just a matter of learning the meta and good team composition. Some pointers:

  • How exactly do you play this team? Your main win condition here is Victini, so you should play your games with that in mind. Think long term, and actually assess which Pokemon on your opponent's team you need to knock out to clean up the game with Victini. Plan how you're going to do this: how will you deal with Victini's counters? What opportunities might Victini have to set up? What is you game plan if your opponent is too well prepared for it? Perhaps run another set-up sweeper or fast Choice Pokemon to back yourself up. Is there another way you can win the game -- perhaps your opponent has no switch-in to a particular Pokemon's attacks? Keep that Pokemon alive and healthy at all costs.

  • Your Greninja set doesn't have very good coverage. It is instantly walled by the likes of Toxapex, Mega Venusaur and Keldeo. Extrasensory should be used over Dark Pulse -- remember every one of Greninja's moves gets STAB, so Dark coverage is only a good idea if it hits particular threats others options don't.

  • Scald is too weak of a move for offensive Pokemon, especially base form Greninja whose Special Attack isn't huge. Use Hydro Pump instead; if you need reliable STAB you can use any other move thanks to Protean.

  • Consider Gunk Shot over Hidden Power Fire. It helps clear out threats like Tapu Fini, Tangrowth and Clefable that are otherwise comfortable against Greninja. Victini can deal with Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor.

  • Do not use Electivire in OU. It is not an OU standard Pokemon, by any means at all. Use Scarf Tapu Koko instead, as this gives you security over almost all +1 boosted Pokemon in the tier, and a way to fight Mega Lopunny and Greninja.

  • Your Tyranitar set is really questionable. Rock Tomb in particular is a weak attack; if you use physical Rock coverage it should always be Stone Edge. If the accuracy deters you, get used to it: you simply cannot use base 60 moves in this way in competitive Pokemon.

  • Use the Stealth Rock Mega Tyranitar listed on Smogon. This will offer support to Victini in the form of Stealth Rock, which you should almost always try to use in competitive. It gives you Pursuit trapping support as well. You can also try the Dragon Dance set if a secondary win condition appeals.

  • Flygon is not a meta-relevant Pokemon in OU. Either Zygarde or Garchomp will perform all of Flygon's roles better than it possibly could. However, the Pokemon I suggest in place of Flygon is Landorus-T, as it also deters Rock and Ground, which are valuable to a team with a Victini win condition.

  • Use the defensive set listed on Smogon, but with Defog in place of Stealth Rock. This set is the best pivot in the OU tier and is invaluable to balance teams like this. Defog supports Victini by removing entry hazards. The Smogon analysis should explain everything else.

  • Porygon2 is also an awkward fit in OU. It struggles with the meta's power creep -- it's 2HKOed easily and its attacks are weak by proportion, which makes it passive and a momentum killer. The set you're using is also questionable as you're going without Porygon2's best asset: status support (TWave/Toxic).

  • I suggest using Assault Vest Magearna. This Pokemon forms one of the best modern-day defensive cores in the game with Landorus-T. It gives you the game's best answer to Ash-Greninja and Tapu Lele, and another very effective pivot to gain momentum.

  • Victini's set is good.
