To make use of the rain and to be a special sweeper

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Trait: Analytic
EVs: 128 Def / 252 SAtk / 128 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Recover

This guy, with the Eviolite, has the potential to stay in pretty long. Ice Beam for dragons, Thunder with the rain once again, HP Water for fun.

Volcarona (M) @ Leftovers

Okay, so essentially the Politoed sets up rain and annoys the opponent. Then, hopefully, they switch to a pokemon that uses either grass or electric. I take a hit (if I can) and Encore, only to switch out to Volcarona (for the grass) or Swampert (for the electrics).

From there, it's really just a normal rain team.

Will add sprites later.

Politoed

Put all of the EVs in Special defense and HP. ( 4 Sp atk ) and run Modest.
Otherwise, solid set.

Latios

Replace Energy Ball for Psyshock. STAB > Grass type coverage. Same with being able to break through special walls like.... shivers Blissey.

Porygon2

Analytic + Thunder = contradictory.
Use Trace. Tri attack is going to get you farther when it comes to neutral coverage here, too, so I would use that.

Volcarona

Modest > Timid

Swampert

Barely anyone uses things like Explosion in Gen V due to the lack of it halving your defenses like it used to. Torrent is a more reasonable option here for the chance that you get into 1/3 HP and want to run Waterfall on someone.

Toxicroak

Well A. This is OU, so Rotom-W is lurking about... and those things normally carry Trick. This being the case, run Black Sludge instead of Lefties.

And you don't ever want a fast sub puncher. Take his speed EVs and throw them all into HP. From there, give him Brave nature. You want your subbers to take the hit, then set up the sub, that way you have a fresh sub the next turn.
