Other than that magicarp, ( I dont know what to say about that) make politoad defensive and give cloyster a focus sash. Plus alot of your EVs are messed up

Your rain team seems to be what you'd find in a common rain team.

I suggest replacing that wonderful Magikarp with Toxicroak.

Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Substitute
- Sucker Punch

Black sludge heals Toxicroak since it's a poison type, and If your opponent tries to use Trick on Toxicroak, your opponent's pokemon will take damage (only if their pokemon isn't a poison type).
With Drizzle active, Toxicroak's ability, Dry Skin, will heal it more HP along with it's black sludge.
Sub to start off with so you can throw in some sword dances and throw some punches at your opponent. Ta da.
