I feel Volcarona is out of place on this team because you already have a charizard.
You're going to want a defogger to help remove stealth rocks for your charizard.
You're also going to want a revenge killer.

Since you have a lot of special attackers, I suggest scarf kartana. He can handle bulky water types for your team, acts as a revenge killer, and it forces a lot of switches so you can defog on the predicted switch.
