Give Tapu Koko a choice specs to power up all of its attacks. Replace Raichu's surf with grass knot to hit heavier ground Pokemon. Replace Zapdos's ancient power, thunderbolt, and drill peck with heat wave to take advantage of its stronger special attack, discharge for paralysis, and defog to remove hazards. Give Mangnezone 252 HP/252 SpA/4 SpD modest because it already outspeeds most of the steel-types that it traps.

Nice job! I see there is a good balance is type variations other than that all electric thing. So great job. I would say the focus sash on Golem isn't the best idea though because I. Ever seen a golem get one shotted by a non legendary? So once the golem gets hit you need to heal before the focus sash does anything.

On the tapu koko do you need PP or what? Because thunder is a stronger move than thunderbolt and thunderbolt has 10% to paralyze the target while thunder has a 30% to paralyze the target AND thunder can't miss in rain. When I wrote thunderbolt it came up in thunderbird do they exits ohh a new Pokemon lol ok ok (?).

Thunder has 110 damage while thunderbolt has 90 damage but thunderbolt has 24 pp while thunder has 16. If you only have Tapu Koko left the next you can use electro ball because Tapu Koko is very fast. To balance it out with the two (2) electric ⚡️ type moves, either a fairy type move like dazzling gleam or you can use nature madness to halve the hp of the target, same with the thunderbolt on Raichu take your choice to change it or not ok I’m done of rating I’m tired

If anyone is criticising my editing look at the revisions

> Ever seen a golem get one shotted by a non legendary?
252 Atk Mold Breaker Excadrill Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Golem-Alola: 540-636 (179.4 - 211.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
> AND thunder can't miss in rain.
Is he really going to reliably get opponents that have drizzle? Exactly how often do you expect this feature to be useful? I would think less often than thunder missing.
Not criticizing your editing. Also, I think the Thunderbird thing was a hunger games reference. (Don't know how it would apply, tho)

I used your team on Showdown! a few times, and I can safely say, it's... not so great.

Your only reliable switch-in to ANYTHING is your Magnezone, and he's 4x weak to your main weakness.

Magnezone:
He's by far the best pokemon you have on your team right now. The Air Ballon is an ok item to use for him, but honestly, an assault vest would serve you better.

Golem-Alola:
Completely re-do this guy. You put max EVs into his speed. DON'T. he won't outspeed anything, even WITH the added EVs. Put those into Special Defense. Put all his Attack EVs into his health. He'd make a decent wall. Get rid either return or explosion. Some of my opponents tried to set up on me, you could also give Golem Focus Punch. Toxic is a good idea.

Tapu Koko:
The set you have is the Smogon set, but without the Choice Specs. Tapu Koko needs that extra power, especially since you fully invested in Speed. Plus, he won't last long anyway. Use him, then switch him out.

Zapdos:
Honestly, this role is already filled. I'd change him for Electivire, but if you keep him, re-do the stat distribution. You have him trying to sweep and be bulky, and you need to choose. It's fine to use the Smogon sets. In this case, I'd use the "Roost + 3 Attacks". He'd be able to switch into a predicted Earth Quake, and potentially sweep.

Rotom-Wash:
He's okay, and if you devote some more of your pokemon to a specific role, he is actually pretty decent at filling in any big gaps. Will-o-wisp is great, and he survived a few hits because of it. Pain Split can also be useful, it's really your choice.

Raichu-Alola:
I used Raichu a few times to sweep, and he did pretty well (even made a guy rage quit on me).His main problem is switching in.
He can't.
He can really only be brought in after Tapu Koko has set up Electric Terrain. Then he can sweep.

I suggest these changes:

Golem-Alola @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

Rotom-Wash @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Defog

Tapu Koko @ Choice Specs
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Raichu-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Surf

Magnezone @ Assault Vest
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flash Cannon
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Electivire @ Assault Vest
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Body Slam
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Power-Up Punch

I don't play Mono-Type very often, so if you get better advice, disregard this.

Anyways, that's what I got, Hope it helps!

Air balloon is better on Magnezone because it lets Magnezone switch into ground attacks. Golem doesn't need to be redone. It can't wall anything anyways when it has 65 base special defense and 4 weaknesses. Golem's only job is to set up stealth rock and then explode. It needs the speed EVs to outspeed things like Clefable and Alomomola, and it needs return to hurt water Pokemon that try to switch in. How is Zapdos's role already filled when it's the single best electric Pokemon at removing entry hazards?
He was using him as a sweeper/bulk switch in. He already had those. Also, Rotom-wash got the entry-hazard removal. True, zapdos is better at it, but he doesn't need him for the team.

Just my opinion.
Rotom wants both will-o-wisp and pain split. Even if he does use Rotom as his only defogger, Zapdos is better than Electivire because it shares less weaknesses with the rest of the team (it has particularly nice defensive synergy with Magnezone) and it can learn roost.
fair enough.

Your team is decent and the only thing I suggest it making Zapdos bulky support rather then mixed attacker, since it benefits the team more.

Zapdos @ Rocky Helmet or Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Discharge
- Defog
- Heat Wave
- Roost

Alternatively you could make yours max Speed, but I prefer max SpA.
248 Ev's in health means it takes less damage from stealth rocks and means you take less from percentage based moves. Max SpA Ev's to take advantage of it's decent Special Attack and the remaining 8 Ev's I just put in SpD.

Discharge complements this set over thunderbolt, since it has has a higher chance to paralyze which allows zapdos to outspeed some pokemon and it has a good base power of 8o
Defog get's rid of hazards for hazard control.
Heatwave for coverage
Roost for Longevity

Your team could do with a physical attacker and while there isn't many viable in electric monotype, the one I prefer is scarf Electivire

Electivire @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Wild Charge
- Cross Chop

The scarf is almost necessary since it has a poor speed tier

EV's to maximise offence and speed, nature could be adamant or jolly, I prefer jolly since I look for super effective hits when sending him out.

This movset is purely for coverage with only stab being Wild charge.
This pokemon is purely optional, like all pokemon :P, so don't use him unless you think you want/ need him

I'm pretty sure the only good electric Pokemon for being a physical sweeper is Tapu Koko. Electivire doesn't do many things not already covered by its teammates.
