Honesty, it isn't very good right now but I think you can turn things around. There's too many problems for me to point them out one by one so I'll just show what I think your BSS team's full potential is. Also I just need to let this out: Choice Specs Calm Mind Sylveon??? Add some random EVs and you could be the new (nicer) Verlisify.

(Sylveon) As of im sure, im almost nothing Specalist in teams. But I know that Hidden Power doesn't do much attack. So better replace Hidden Power whit some move else. Instead of Hidden Power (fire). You can give it Protect maybe? Because i know this: if a Pokémon can Learn Protect give it Protect. Maybe replace Shadow ball whit Moonblast because it is better then Shadow ball. And Ghost types are Super effective against Ghost types but not against Dark type and a Ghost type Pokémon is better then a Ghost type move. Hope this made the team a little better :)

+SYL he has pixilate so hyper voice becomes a better version of Moonblast due to Pixilate moves getting boosted by a little bit. Hidden Power Fire is for coverage against Grass/Poison types because they wall all of sylveon’s other moves. Protect and Choice Scarf is a terrible idea, and please tell whoever
told you to put protect on everything sucks at Pokémon. Also the last 2 sentences made like no sense. Sorry to be a sumwun, but to be better at Pokémon you need harsh criticism
