This is my first RMT, so it might not be good. This is basically a Mono-Electric team with the exception of Serperior.

Tapu Koko is meant to be my Electric Terrain setter, and a Special Attacker.

Electivire is meant to be a heavy physical hitter, and with Choice Band+Electric Terrain, Wild Charge hits incredibly hard. Life Orb is also an option so that you don't lock yourself into one move.

Serperior is Ground coverage for the rest of the team, and Nature Power turning into Thunderbolt can catch flying types off guard or even KO them.

Manectric is my mega, but I may replace it with Mega Ampharos.

Thundurus with the Magnet item and Electric Terrain hits hard with Thunderbolt and it gets Prankster Thunder Wave as an option.

Finally, Rotom-Wash is my physical tank. I'm not sure though if Charge Beam is a good option on this set :P.

Feel free to change the Pokemon, Items and all that stuff to help my team!!!

What format?
idk, Probs OU.
putting discharge on yr rotom if OU singles will help. better stab
Why not thunderbolt?
Electric terrain just isn't a good playstyle in OU, simply because almost anything with a ground attack and a choice scarf can sweep 5/6 of your team (and possibly the sixth as well, with some clever switching). You also have three Pokemon, Electivire, Manectric, and Thundurus, which are pretty much only doing what Tapu Koko is already doing. If you really want to keep electric terrain, then at least use better electric terrain abusers like mega Medicham and Hawlucha.
Just saying electivire is outclaased by raikou
...and Raikou is in turn outclassed by Tapu Koko.
Oh yeah
I know, I know, it's my first RMT. I'll think about what to change.
Hmmm this is interesting but I don't think Electric Terrain teams would do well in competitive
