Hello Everyone! I Would Like to Start of With a OU Rain team Followed by a Brief Explanation!

The Team

Rain Setter

Pelipper

Pelipper

Shīgaru (Pelipper) (F) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Def / 228 SpD
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Scald
- U-turn
- Hurricane

Ah! Pelipper, As Always Expected even for people like me Should always Have a basic Drizzle setter and Pelipper Does this job well. Damp Rock is Obviously Needed to extend the Rain so the Pokemon that can use it like Kingdra can have more time to Wallbreak.

Rain Sweepers

Kingdra

Kingdra

MEEdra (Kingdra) (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam

Pretty Much the most Versatile and Basic Special Rain Sweeper, With a Defensive Typing that gives Water-type's weakness to Electric- and Grass-types being mitigated by its Dragon typing, Kingdra can be a devastatingly fast special wallbreaker and cleaner if Rain is Up.

Swampert-Mega

Swampert

Dwayne (Swampert-Mega) (M) @ Swampertite
Ability: Damp
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Superpower
- Ice Punch

Offensively, Swampert is the premier Mega Evolution choice on rain teams because of its Electric immunity and Fantastic Bulk for an Offensive Pokemon let it do Great things Such as Avoiding the 2HKO From Specs Tapu Koko's Dazzling Gleam. Overall if supported through its weaknesses and used to it's strengths, It Can work with Kingdra to Overwhelm their Checks

Supporters

Ferrothorn

Ferrothorn

Nailed It! (Ferrothorn) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Knock Off
- Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn has always been one of the premier hazard setters in the OU tier, Thanks to solid defenses and an excellent Grass / Steel typing that provides plenty of resistances, it finds many opportunities to set up entry hazards or fire off moves to be a nuisance to the opposing team. And With The rain Helping it patch up it's Fire Weakness and Pelipper Patching it's Fighting Weakness, Ferrothorn Has excellent synergy with the Whole team and in Return set Spikes to help Kingdra and Swampert.

Pivots

Tornadus-Therian

Altay (Tornadus-Therian) @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 40 Atk / 216 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Defog

Arguably My favourite Player of this game of Rain and Pain and My Rain Check to Kartana. Tornadus-T Is Back in SM with its key Niches "A 100% accurate Hurricane and Regenerator" As a Solid Pick to Rain teams too. It's Good 121 base Speed and Regenerator Allow it to collect it's reward of HP by simply Swtiching out Which Means things it can Bring in such as Pelipper Incase the Rain goes out allows it then to Simply come back in later to release Perfect hurricanes Once more. It Can Also work well with Spikes as it helps Tornadus-T More easily Smash through Pokemon its Designed to Check such as Clefable and Landorus-T with a one time nuke of Supersonic Skystrike. and Defog is There to help Pelipper and itself Find better and more comfortable places to Switch into, While Superpower Helps Torn-T Beat both Tyranitar and Excadrill after 1 or 2 layers of Spikes.

Tapu Koko

Tapu Koko

Tapu Koko @ Tapunium Z
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nature's Madness
- Thunder
- U-turn
- Taunt

So this Koko Has Two jobs I Would Like it to accomplish for the team, (Probably works best against Stall Teams) "Taunt Stall oriented Pokemon Like Gliscor Then Put a Wall Like Chansey or Mega Sableye in Range of HP with Tapunium Z/Nature's Madness", Then We can force it out So the Team Can Smash through it later on if you can Switch onto it at the Right time.

Threats
-Chansey (Covered mostly by Koko)
-Mega Sableye (Usually beaten by Swampert)
-Kartana (Usually Not a Problem as long as Tornadus-T is around)

Conclusion
The team looks Pretty Neat to me, Since I Haven't tested it, I would like some Tips and Suggestions before doing so

PELLIPER - So people generally like to run Defog over Hurricane on Pelliper, but then again most of the time people lead with him so maybe you don't want to do that. Let me go over the Pros and Cons of both. Defog is nice as it stops your opponent from setting up hazards or screens, and you can shut them down immediatly if you predict them well enough. Unfotunately, it means you only have 2 attacking moves, both of which are mainly just on Pelliper for its secondary effect.

SWAMPERT-MEGA - Superpower can offer niche coverage against Steel Types, and sometimes even Normal Types, but the fact that it lowers your main sweeper's attack by one stage in addition to its defense makes it almost unusable, as at -1 attack he misses out many OHKOs. Yes, I know you can switch to get rid of the negitive stat changes, but I prefer Stone Edge, as it kills Mantine, Pelliper, and hits Skarmory harder.

FERROTHORN - I'd replace Knock Off for Protect and give Ferrothorn Leftovers for that much needed recovery, and when stacked with Leech Seed actually heals a decent amount. Unfortunately, the opponent often switches when paired with Ferrothorn, but you could predict them and either set up Spikes, Leech Seed, or switch too.

TORNADUS-T/THUNDURUS - The reason why I put it as TORNADUS-T/THUNDURUS-T is because I think Thundurus-T makes a much better rain sweeper than Tornadus because it gets Thunder, has a better special attack stat, and a better ability, which could cover for most of your team's weakness. (Swampert-Mega could do that too, but volt Absorb actually BENEFITS from a switch-in). If you use Thundurus-T, I would suggest:

Thundurus-T @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 HP
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder
- Nasty Plot
- Hidden Power (Ice)
- Focus Blast

This set is perfect for when you catch a specs Tapu Koko using Thunderbolt, and you switch into Thundurus-T, because you can get a free Nasty Plot up.

TAPU KOKO - Tapu Koko is fine I don't see any problems with it.

I've noticed people aren't really reading my RMTs carefully so I simplified this a lot let me know if you want me to use my old RMT format

He already had Tapu Koko. He doesn't need another thunder user. Tornadus was never meant to be a sweeper; it's supposed to be a pivot that lets him bring in the right Pokemon without having to predict the opponent's switches. That's why it has regenerator and U-turn.
