You’re right, it’s awful. (I’m just kidding but it does need some work)

VIRIZION (CHESNAUGHT) - If you want a Swords Dance sweeper that’s a Grass and Fighting type, use Virizion, not Chesnaught. Virizion has a much better speed stat and has access to much better STAB and coverage offensive moves than Chesnaught does. Here’s the standard SD sweeper set for Virizion:

Virizion @ Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Justified
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 Atk/4 Def
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Stone Edge

Leaf Blade and Sacred Sword are for STAB, and Stone Edge is to hit Flying Types (which resist all of Virizion’s STAB moves, and are 4x effective against Virizion). I noticed you like nicknaming your Pokémon, so you could nickname Virizion Wireless because Virizion looks sort of like Verizon. (Yeah not very creative or funny but whatever)

BLASTOISE-MEGA - If you want to run Aqua Jet, change his Modest Nature to a Quiet Nature and switch his 4 Special Defense EVs for 4 Attack EVs. However, the smarter choice, (in my opinion), would be to keep everything how it is initially, and then replace Aqua Jet with Aura Sphere. (Aura Sphere gets a boost from Mega Launcher too)

DRAGALGE - If you want a tank, make it's EVs the smogon suggested layout: 252 HP/204 SpD/52 Spe with a Calm Nature. Because it has no Special Attack EVs anymore, replace Dragon Pulse with Draco Meteor to really hit things hard, especially with the Adaptability boost. The harsh special attack drop is brutal, but well worth it for the much needed extra damage.

DOUBLADE - So your moves are mostly fine, but your EVs could be improved. Here's the layout I think works best in RU: 252 HP/180 Atk/76 SpD. Doublade NEEDS Special Defense EVs because with the Eviolite, it makes his Special Defense respectable, even though it sits at a pathetic base 49. His superb Defense stat of 150 on the other hand, is naturally gargantuan and needs no EV investment. You're going to be raising your attack a lot with SD anyways so you don't really need 252 Atk EVs. Because Doublade is really slow with only a base 35 speed, you could use this to your advantage by changing its nature to Brave and giving it 0 Speed EVs and replacing Iron Head with Gyro Ball. Gyro Ball can do up to 250 damage whereas Iron Head only has a base 80 and can basically never flinch because Doublade is so slow. The low PP of Gyro Ball of 8 may be a problem in PP wars, but it fails to eclipse the possibility of 170 extra Base Power.

AERODACTYL - A much better offensive Stealth Rock user is Nidoqueen, so if you want that go with Nidoqueen. However, Aerodactyl does fit quite nicely on your team, so I'll just change his role from a sash offensive Stealth Rock user, to a Physical Sweeper. To help make this change, replace his Focus Sash with a Life Orb for more damage. Then, replace Rock Slide with Stone Edge for more damage. Also, replace Stealth Rock for Ice Fang for coverage. I know Aerial Ace is for STAB, but it has an awful 60 BP so switch it for Pursuit to stop low HP pokemon from escaping.

ROTOM-H - Replace the White Herb with a Firium Z because a.) Z-Overheat doesn't drop your special attack so it also gives you a free Overheat with no drawbacks, making it the same thing as using a White Herb except b.) It has a much higher Base Power, allowing it to OHKO much more pokemon than usual and c.) You don't have a Z-User on your team at the moment, so you should use one. Replace Thunder Wave with Will-O-Wisp because it cripples more pokemon than Thunder Wave does, and it works just as well with Hex.
