I'm not quite sure, but I'm pretty sure on Hail you can go with one hail setter with Veil, two sweepers, and then three other 'Mons that function outside of hail. This is basically just a Mono-Ice team and basically everything is weak to Figthing.
This is pretty much monotype Ice but in RU, a tier with threats like Cobalion, Chandelure, Mienshao, Incineroar, Volcanion and more that can comfortably take on your Ice-type attacks.

Reconsider - keep a core of 3 Hail mons, but think of covering the gaps with the remaining 3 for the sake of balance.
Ok. Should I add an Abomasnow to the team to replace Arctovish? Arctovish has helped a lot to the team.
This team has unlocked some dark hidden past of mine regarding Hail.... (Hail being everywhere in NU). I'm not sure if this applies here, but maybe try using 2 hail setters, 2 hail abusers, and 2 Pokemon that can make it hard to spam fighting moves? I'm no expert on hail in RU, but that's what NU did when Hail was in NU...
Oh, ok.
