I'm pretty new to this Database stuff but isn't Stone Edge or Rock Slide a better move to use than Fire Fang? They both cover Ice, and Fire fang is known for being a prime example of the fact that fire-type physical attacks tend to be underwhelmingly weak? and a rock-type move can hit flying types super effectively and Rock slide can flinch which will be good with the drop to defense and the boost to speed that Scale Shot provides because then Garchomp is less likely to get hit.
Also, I would like to point out that Your Excadrill gets hard-walled by Corviknight and Skarmory and it looks like it's supposed to be your lead. I don't know how common those two are but I would assume that Corviknight gets more usage in OU because it actually belongs in the OU tier.
I'd replace excadrill with lead mew here.
