Staraptor : Your team has no Defogger, so I'm suggesting a bulky Defog set. Also, you already have 2 physical attacker, so Bulky Staraptor is better.
And Bulky Staraptor forms a good defensive core along with Porygon2 and Blissey (Chansey), being the only good normal pokemon that is neutral to Fighting Moves. (Mega Pidgeot is not common)
Note: You can use U-Turn over Close Combat if you want a safe switch.
Blissey : As a Special Tank, Blissey is outclassed by Eviolite Chansey.
Chansey is bulkier in Comparison to Blissey because It can boost its Def+SpD
with Eviolite.
252 Def EVs > 252 SpD EVs because its SpD is already high.
Porygon2 : Again, because Porygon2 can use Eviolite, it's better than Miltank. And Attract is actually bad, because you can just switch out to get rid of Infatuation.
Note : You can use Foul Play and HP Fire instead of TBolt and Ice Beam, and You can also replace TWave by Toxic.
0 SpA Technician Porygon2 Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 16 SpD Scizor-Mega: 268-316 (78.1 - 92.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Note : Porygon2's trace copied technician.
0 SpA Porygon2 Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Ferrothorn: 316-372 (174.5 - 205.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Diggersby : Digby is supposed to be a Huge Power Physical Sweeper. It can run Dancing Orb set, but it can also run Choice Band to full its wallbreaking potential.
CB lets it hit hard, and LO lets it to switch between attacks.
Porygon-Z : Your team has no Z-Move user I guess. And Z-Conversion PorygonZ is the best Normal Special Attacker, outclassing Meloetta. Z-Conversion boosts all stats by 1 Stages, let's sweep with PorygonZ.
Note: Not a good suggestion, you can run Psychic instead of Ice Beam / TBolt if you want to hit Figting types Supereffectively.
Shadow Ball should be the first move because PorygonZ is weak to fighting, and ghost is immune. Just sent out PorygonZ against a slower fighting type or a Pokemon that use Fighting moves for coverage. And use Conversion. So your opponent's fighting move won't hit PorygonZ.
Shadow Ball hits 749 Pokemon neutrally+Super effectively. Thunderbolt hits 655 Pokemon neutrally+SE. And Ice beam hits 668 Pokemon Neutrally+SE. Psychic hits 716 pokemon SE+neutrally. So you should use Shadow ball as your first move. So Shadow ball will get STAB bonus.
Mega Lopunny : The best Normal Mega, Lopunny Mega! (Lopunny doesn't Suck)
Encore can lock slower wall, setup sweeper and rocker into a status move, so you can use power up punch to raise your attack. Drain Punch is kinda bad move, because Lopunny isn't bulky. Conkeldurr is a better DP user.
Dizzy Punch is outclassed by Return since Confusion has nerfed. Thunder Punch is not good. Let's see,
252 Atk Lopunny-Mega Return vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 211-249 (71 - 83.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Lopunny-Mega Thunder Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 208-246 (70 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Rip Tpunch.
Note: ZardY is weak to Electric I guess.
