This is first mono Normal team, and I’m kinda experimenting with some interesting picks, so if you think they NEED to be replaced, then go for it. Thanks in advance!

Blissey@ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Bold Nature
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Toxic (every good staller has Toxic)
Soft-Boiled (good healing move)
Seismic Toss (does 100 damage each time)
Stealth Rock (good setup)

Your natural setup and staller Blissey, works really well on any UU or even mono Normal (I think, still somewhat of a noob)

Miltank@ Leftovers
Scrappy
Impish Nature
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Attract (to immobilize opponent)
Body Slam (STAB and paralysis chance)
Milk Drink (good healing move)
Toxic (good on any staller)

Taking a few pages out of Whitney’s book, I have a Miltank that I think can be a very good staller, with the chance to immobilize with love, paralyze, and badly poison, with lots of healing and good STAB to knock out lots of mons. It has a few tweaks too.

Lopunny@ Lopunnite
Scrappy (mega ability)
Jolly Nature
252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Drain Punch (good STAB and heal purpose)
Fake Out (good move on first turn)
Dizzy Punch (STAB and confusion)
Thunder Punch ( Flying coverage)

Mega Lopunny is one of the best megas in the game, and is a VERY good sweeper. Enough said.

Porygon-Z@ IDK if you can help me get an item for this guy, it’d be appreciated
Adaptability
Modest Nature
252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tri Attack (STAB)
Ice Beam (good move on any poke)
Psychic (Fighting coverage)
Thunderbolt (good move on any poke)

Overall, this Porygon-Z is meant to be a very good special attacking sweeper, and has really good special Attack and good moves too, being a great poke to have on my team.

Diggersby@ Assault Vest
Huge Power
Adamant Nature
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Earthquake (STAB)
Thunder Punch Water coverage and good move)
Return (STAB)
Fire Punch (Grass and Ice coverage)

This is a good Pokémon that can hit really hard, and with huge power, it’s already good attack becomes absolutely monstrous!!

Staraptor@ Life Orb
Intimidate
Jolly Nature
252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Brave Bird
Close Combat
Roost
Return

Staraptor is also meant to be a fast sweeper that can hit really hard with super powerful moves and a really good attack and speed stat.

That’s my team so thanks in advance for rating it and make it an awesome mono Normal team!

Staraptor : Your team has no Defogger, so I'm suggesting a bulky Defog set. Also, you already have 2 physical attacker, so Bulky Staraptor is better.

And Bulky Staraptor forms a good defensive core along with Porygon2 and Blissey (Chansey), being the only good normal pokemon that is neutral to Fighting Moves. (Mega Pidgeot is not common)
Note: You can use U-Turn over Close Combat if you want a safe switch.

Blissey : As a Special Tank, Blissey is outclassed by Eviolite Chansey.
Chansey is bulkier in Comparison to Blissey because It can boost its Def+SpD
with Eviolite.
252 Def EVs > 252 SpD EVs because its SpD is already high.

Porygon2 : Again, because Porygon2 can use Eviolite, it's better than Miltank. And Attract is actually bad, because you can just switch out to get rid of Infatuation.

Note : You can use Foul Play and HP Fire instead of TBolt and Ice Beam, and You can also replace TWave by Toxic.

0 SpA Technician Porygon2 Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 16 SpD Scizor-Mega: 268-316 (78.1 - 92.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Note : Porygon2's trace copied technician.

0 SpA Porygon2 Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Ferrothorn: 316-372 (174.5 - 205.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Diggersby : Digby is supposed to be a Huge Power Physical Sweeper. It can run Dancing Orb set, but it can also run Choice Band to full its wallbreaking potential.
CB lets it hit hard, and LO lets it to switch between attacks.

Porygon-Z : Your team has no Z-Move user I guess. And Z-Conversion PorygonZ is the best Normal Special Attacker, outclassing Meloetta. Z-Conversion boosts all stats by 1 Stages, let's sweep with PorygonZ.

Note: Not a good suggestion, you can run Psychic instead of Ice Beam / TBolt if you want to hit Figting types Supereffectively.

Shadow Ball should be the first move because PorygonZ is weak to fighting, and ghost is immune. Just sent out PorygonZ against a slower fighting type or a Pokemon that use Fighting moves for coverage. And use Conversion. So your opponent's fighting move won't hit PorygonZ.
Shadow Ball hits 749 Pokemon neutrally+Super effectively. Thunderbolt hits 655 Pokemon neutrally+SE. And Ice beam hits 668 Pokemon Neutrally+SE. Psychic hits 716 pokemon SE+neutrally. So you should use Shadow ball as your first move. So Shadow ball will get STAB bonus.

Mega Lopunny : The best Normal Mega, Lopunny Mega! (Lopunny doesn't Suck)
Encore can lock slower wall, setup sweeper and rocker into a status move, so you can use power up punch to raise your attack. Drain Punch is kinda bad move, because Lopunny isn't bulky. Conkeldurr is a better DP user.
Dizzy Punch is outclassed by Return since Confusion has nerfed. Thunder Punch is not good. Let's see,

252 Atk Lopunny-Mega Return vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 211-249 (71 - 83.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Lopunny-Mega Thunder Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 208-246 (70 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Rip Tpunch.
Note: ZardY is weak to Electric I guess.

I would totally use Chansey and Porygon2 over there evolved forms because of eviolite, but the only reason I didn’t was because of Knock Off, and that might render them useless, but it could work well. I also didn’t know that you could switch out to get rid of infatuation, so thanks for that! (I know, I’m a noob for not knowing that.)
If you wanted a Staraptor that's really DEFENSive, then it should have physical DEFENSe EVs. Like 248 HP/244 Def/16 Spe impish. What's the 16 speed for anyway? Also, swords dance Diggersby is pretty bad because Diggersby is often slower than the opponent, so using swords dance makes it take 2 hits before being able to hit back.
Oh i accidentally gave it evs in atk instead of def lol.
And 16 evs for outspeeding adamant bisharp, breloom.
