Alrighty, I have a few criticisms for your hyper offense team. I am no expert, but I have a bit of experience.
I'll add to what EvilTwinNeedle said.
I put your team into a team calculator and found that you have a severe Rock and Ground weakness. I'll help you with that.
Lycanroc: Why do you have Sand Rush? I'd understand if it was a Sand Team, but it doesn't seem to be one.
Honestly, if you'll use Lycanroc at all, you should use Dusk. This is a set that me and the people on the Smogon forums have crafted:
Lycanroc-Dusk @ Lycanium Z
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Drill Run
- Accelerock
This makes Lycanroc a powerful sweeper/revenge killer, with help from its ability in Tough Claws.
However, I would remove Lycanroc altogether. You already have Terrakion, a much more viable pokemon (it pains me to say this because I adore Lycanroc so much and he's a pretty decent Pokemon). If you would've kept Mega Aerodactyl, you would've had 3 rock types, which is far too many.
Lets replace Lycanroc with something that can deal with those Rock and Ground types. How about Landorus Therian?
Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 80 HP / 148 Atk / 84 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Defog
With this set, you'll be able to threaten Rock and Steel types and have a nice immunity to Ground. Earthquake is a powerful STAB move and U-Turn helps you pivot around. Rock Slide helps you deal with Flying types and, since Charizard really, really doesn't like Stealth Rocks, you can use Defog to remove them. Choice Scarf turns Landorus into a fast and powerful sweeper and allows it to outspeed usually faster threats such as Greninja and Tapu Koko, whom usually carry Ice Beam or HP Ice. The given EV spread allows it to survive a 2HKO from a Leaf Blade from Kartana. 196 Speed with a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allows Landorus to outspeed Mega Alakazam, and the remaining EVs are thrown into Attack for maximum damage output. Intimidate from Landorus helps deal with any physical attackers or set up sweepers you're facing.
Pyroar: Pyroar isn't a good Pokemon in OU. It is outclassed by other Fire types, and besides, you shouldn't use Solar Beam without any sun since Solar Beam takes 2 turns to charge without the sun.
Since you already have a Fire type, we won't be replacing it with a different one. Instead, how about we use Kartana?
Kartana @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Smart Strike
Kartana is a powerful sweeper with its ridiculously high Attack, Speed, and physical Defense. This EV spread and nature takes advantage of its Attacking power and Speed. Swords Dance makes it a real force to be reckoned with by adding on to its already insane attack. Leaf Blade is Kartana's ideal STAB move, and it becomes very powerful with Kartana's high attack. It also deals with Water types and the aforementioned Rock and Ground types. Smart Strike deals with Fairy, Ice and Rock types and Sacred Sword deals with Steel, Ice, and Rock types. You should read Smogon's analysis of this Kartana set (https://www.smogon.com/dex/sm/pokemon/kartana/). It also gives you some other options for Kartana, so you can choose what works best with your team.
Terrakion: This set could definitely be improved upon. Bright Powder is a gimmicky item, and I feel that Terrakion would be better off with a Choice Scarf or Rockium Z. X-Scissor is also unnecessary, as Terrakion does not need any Bug coverage. I do like the Poison Jab and Sacred Sword idea though, since the former deals with Fairies and the latter is a strong Fighting move that, unlike Close Combat, doesn't lower any stats.
I also feel that Stealth Rock support may be helpful. So try these sets:
Rockium Z Set
Terrakion @ Rockium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Stealth Rock
Choice Scarf Set
Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Toxic
You choose which one works for you, and you can get some input from other users.
Scolipede: Scolipede isn't a bad idea, but it does add to the weaknesses. You could use Azumarill instead:
Azumarill @ Normalium Z
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Knock Off
Just a suggestion!
Good luck with your team! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me!
