My dialga is for raising my sp attack at the same time as attacking to be strong enough to one shot everything and v create boosts speed and Defenses
Okay, mixed Dialga with V-Create works. For its item, I personally would run Assault Vest.
Ok thanks for the help

Just a rundown of some glaring bad sets and misconceptions on your team:

  • Multi-hit moves can’t break sturdy Shedinja; only indirect damage or moves that ignore abilities break sturdy, so use Magma Storm instead (it’s effectively a 100 power Fire Spin).

  • Magic Guard does everything Rock Head does and more including no Life Orb damage.

  • Sturdinja should always have a Lum Berry. Or you can use my personal favorite set, Magic Guard Shedinja:

Shedinja @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: everything
+Spe Nature (I’m literally just writing this up here)
- Recycle
- Spiky Shield/ Baneful Bunker
- - x2 more troll moves

It’s severely underrated and much less expected. It is a lot more full-stall than its Sturdy brother, but it’s nigh unbreakable when you commit to it, especially if you have Toxic Spikes.

  • Stat snowballs are stupidly insane, so I would recommend a Prankster Topsy-Turvy / Heart Swap or Unaware Spectral Thief for your team. Personally, I’ve found that Unaware Mega Gyarados with Spectral Thief and Power Trip can be pretty handy.

  • If you’re going to use Contrary, use a Physical set. All the Special moves that lower your stats only lower SpA (with the exception of Clanging Scales), but plenty of Physical moves that lower stats lower several stats at once, allowing you to become faster, bulkier, and more powerful simultaneously. V-Create, Superpower, and Dragon Ascent are all great examples. For reference, here are all the moves that change the user’s stats after dealing damage.
