I'm pretty sure the only good Pokemon in this format are black Kyurem, Garchomp, Dragonite, Latios (no mega), Altaria, and Kommo-O.

There really is no good way neutralize the fairy weakness. All the dragon Pokemon that aren't weak to fairy are either banned or very bad. The best thing a dragon user can do is use moves (like earthquake) that are strong against common fairy types.

I don't think so. You already have Dragonite, which does everything Salamence does but better.

What's the point in Salamence when you already have Dragonite? What's the point of Latias when you already have Latios?
