Your team looks good overall, but there are a few weird things:
Why hyper beam on Zard Y? Flamethrower+Solar Beam hits almost everything harder than hyper beam, and it has the recharge turn.
What does Iron Head do on Magearna that Flash Cannon doesn't?
I think I had solor beam on it actually. Must of been a typo

charizard y- why dragon dance on y when you could have it on x? it feels like u r trying to describe a charizard x set but solar beam and flamethrower are on there. Maybe try this?
Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Roost

Swampert- usually when someone is trying to us´mega swampert they have a pelliper to set up the rain for drizzle swift swim. But then again, the swampert does not work well with a charizard y. I think ur team is at a split line on if u want to run a rain team or sun team. If u want to run sun get rid of swampert and work with like a chlorophyll user, but if u want to get rid of charizard, replace it with pelliper. I made an example set.
Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 36 Def / 224 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- U-turn
- Roost
- Defog
pretty much u start off with the pelliper, get rid of those ground leads, then u turn into swampert, which would sweep bc of its op physical attack. a 438 physical attack on a 140 base speed plus rain and stab for waterfalls would make swampert such an ideal sweeper.

zygarde- you pretty much by now have 3 dragon dance sweepers (if u go with charizard x), so I think you could get rid of zygarde and go for something that could help set up. screening tapus, chansey, amoonguss, clefable, topapex, those are all good options that I would prefer over another dragon dance sweeper.

megearna and katana- I would only choose one of them for like an choice user. Both are ideal but I just think that you should only have on of them. If you use charizard, use kartana, but if you use charizard, use magearna.
a magearna set would look like this
Magearna @ Fairium Z
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
IVs: 0 Spe
Quiet Nature
- Trick Room
- Fleur Cannon
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
and kartana
Kartana @ Choice Band
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword
- Smart Strike

Dragonite- another dragon dance set, but I think if u don't go with the charizard y, you should go xurkitree tailglow. Here's my example set (my personal set)
Xurkitree @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball
- dazzling gleam

REMEMBER- this is just my opinion and I think ur team is rlly good.

Xurkitree is slow and has no reliable healing methods, so it's worse than Zapdos. Use Zapdos instead.
Currently Damp Sash Swampert is a good lead with its access to roar, stealth rock. It can also stop the most common lead Suicide Lando from exploding.
Vs top 10 ou leads,

| 1    | Landorus-Therian   |  9.26541% | 381591 |  9.265% | SR and Waterfall.
 | 2    | Tapu Koko          |  3.79675% | 156367 |  3.797% | SR and EQ.
 | 3    | Ferrothorn         |  3.30316% | 136039 |  3.303% | Switch out, but most lead ferro don't use pwhip, so use SR+roar.
 | 4    | Greninja           |  2.75074% | 113288 |  2.751% | SR and Waterfall.
 | 5    | Heatran            |  2.28640% | 94164  |  2.286% | SR and EQ
 | 6    | Sableye-Mega       |  2.06286% | 84958  |  2.063% | Switch out
 | 7    | Pelipper           |  2.03336% | 83743  |  2.033% | SR, and battle vs Mega swamp.
 | 8    | Greninja-Ash       |  1.82979% | 75359  |  1.830% | SR and switch out.
 | 9    | Excadrill          |  1.66517% | 68579  |  1.665% | SR, EQ, SR, EQ.
 | 10   | Rotom-Wash         |  1.48184% | 61029  |  1.482% | SR and waterfall
I already know about the swampert thing. I recently switched it for greeninja
