I'll pick you up on a few things. Your sets are mostly competent, though a few of your choices a bit left-field and might do with some revision. Assuming something vaguely along the lines of BSS as a ruleset.

• Poison Jab is a questionable choice for coverage. Poison isn't a great offensive typing: its main utility is hitting Fairy, and Blaziken can already nuke those with Flare Blitz. As an alternative, you're missing Protect, which is regarded as standard for Mega Blakizen due to its scouting utility and combo with Speed Boost.

• Using Decidueye as a pivot is novel, though its defensive typing isn't great which limits its ability to switch in often. Wallbreaker Decidueye would fit equally well composition-wise, and complements the good neutral coverage that Grass and Ghost receive. Kartana could also be used in this role.

• Milotic tends to be good enough 1v1 to forego Toxic. Haze is an option to consider, as it nullifies set-up sweepers, keeping you in the game if your opponent jumps you with boosts. In any case, Toxapex almost completely outclasses Milotic, so I'd be looking into that first.

• If you're readily able to change IVs (i.e. using Showdown), Hidden Power Ice is a consideration over Dazzling Gleam because it gets much better coverage, exploting the plethora of Pokemon 4x weak to Ice. If you can do this, you'll be better fit to use Volt Switch instead of U-Turn as well.

• Earthquake is better coverage than Fire Punch. You should almost certainly be using Outrage on sweeper Dragonite, as it's the most consistently threatening attack it has in its movepool. Extreme Speed is expendable, as its utility is situational when you're running DD on the same set.

• If you're going to use Light Screen, I'd go all the way with Reflect and Light Clay as well. I'd also run more Def that SpD. In any case, you should replace Signal Beam, as the best play against Dark-types is to switch. Morning Sun, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind and Hidden Power are all better options.

Thanks for the suggestion! Because I noticed when I hop on showdown I notice that some of my pokemon put in a lot more work than others. I had the Fire Punch on the Dragonite for the inevitable Celesteelas I would see in the local tourney.
