Only cards from EX Emerald, EX Unseen Forces, EX Delta Species, and EX Legend Maker are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are also allowed.

x3 Ralts (Emerald)-A decent one for 10 that puts the foe to sleep, great with Hypno on the bench. Needed for evolution.
x2 Kirlia (DS)-Can heal itself and also do decent damage with Psychic Boom. Needed for evolution.
x1 Gardevoir (Emerald)-I can just keep Gardevoir on the bench and have it heal my Pokemon by two every turn. If it has to come out it has a solid four for 60 that ignores resistance.
x3 Drowzee (DS)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Hypno (DS)-Works great along with Ralts and Misdreavus. Putting the opponent to sleep completely stops my opponent, preventing them from evolving or placing energy. Sleep Inducer is a good attack. It has a Gust of Wind effect that puts the foe to sleep. Psyshot is a solid two for 40.
x4 Girafarig (LM)-A good basic. 70 HP is always great. Rear Sensor is good because none of my basics have Pokemon Powers, so it is only my opponent who loses out with Rear Sensor. Foresight can give me an advantage at the start of the game, either getting me the cards I want or by messing up my opponent's drawing. Disorder is alright, a two for 20 that can confuse.
x4 Misdreavus (LM)-Resistance to Fighting and pretty much no weakness. Return Trance puts my foe to sleep, and they have to flip two coins to wake up. This works really well along with Hypno, who can stay on the bench and prevent the foe from evolving or getting energy. So they can do nothing, while Misdreavus does 30 damage for one energy.

x4 Lum Berry (Emerald)-For getting rid of status. Mainly there for if Misdreavus is put to sleep, for then I have to get two heads to wake up.
x4 PokeNav (Emerald)-Gets me a card and lets me control what I draw.
x4 Sitrus Berry (UF)-Healing.
x4 Fieldworker (LM)-Drawing.
x2 Professor Birch (Emerald)-Drawing.
