What format?
If that is an Ubers team, then this will probably help more than a team rate. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qYztMbBTY0qm4mFy1-66bafgsVQ2gkeErAO3QUghEBY/edit?usp=sharing

Not sure what format this is, but I can see some problems already:
Gengar with Substitute and Perish Song isn't the best choice in my opinion, you're better off running Protect, but Substitute may find a spot there.
Gengar also really, really wants Focus Blast to deal with Dark type Pokemon.
Sparkling Aria is inferior to Surf and Hydro Pump, the former having more PP and not curing burns on the target, and the latter simply being a powerful STAB.
Psychic is better than Energy Ball, otherwise Poison types completely wall Primarina.
Foul Play uses the target's attack stat, not yours. It's unaffected by Swords Dance as a result and is probably one of the worst moves you could run on a set like that. Use Knock Off instead.
Pickpocket is also a bad ability and requires Weavile to take a hit after using a Focus Sash... Pressure is a generally better ability even if it can't do much.
Gliscor doesn't need Fire Fang and is better off running a support move like Toxic or Taunt.

If this is in Ubers, reconsider your entire team since Weavile, Primarina, Gliscor, and to an extent Skarmory and Celebi are poor choices in the Ubers metagame. Otherwise, you might as well troll with Gengar's perish trapping antics, but even now Mega Gengar is better off running a full-out offensive as opposed to trapping.

thank you and yes, it is a ubers team
idk if i should try using a spdef gengar because it's completely destroyed by only 1 psychic (perish song gengar is pretty hillarious)
weavile just doesnt have the ability inner focus (sneasel does)
fire fang is a coverage move (no one else in my team can use fire type move to deal with somethings like ferrothorn)
should i replace celebi? i need a pokemon who can deal with spore from ferrothorn and breloom in turn 1
gengars bulk is pretty bad id ill advise it
ouch I forgot weavile doesn't get inner focus, use pressure instead, apologies!
you could swap something for fire coverage, i suppose? gliscor does poorly against ferrothorn without taunt anyways
You can use something with magic coat on turn 1, i have a funny magic coat arceus set specifically for stopping smeargle and breloom's antics

  1. gengar should have protect because you can stall 1 free turn
  2. weavile should have pressure because you might steal a toxic/fire orb
  3. gliscor should be rather carry taunt and toxic rather than knock of and fire fang but stay for type coverage and taking down skarmory and ice types

thank you guys for commenting
gliscor has fire fang to deal with ferrothorn who is used by almost everyone
and weavile doesnt have the ability inner focus, so i think either pickpocket or pressure is ok

Gengar is one of the fastest Mons(350 normal, 394 Mega) in OU, putting aside stat boosts and Alakazam(372 Normal, 438 Mega).... I'm pretty sure Shadow Tag stops working when you switch out as well, but I understand the idea.

Gengar-Mega @ Gengarite
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex/Shadow Ball
- Will-o-Wisp/Giga Drain
- Substitute
- Dark Pulse

Because of Gengar's awesome SpA, it doesn't need stat boosts, so it is a great pivot Mon. If there is a predictable Earthquake, Pivot to Gliscor for free heal turn. But I like this set for Gliscor:

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Fling
- Acrobatics

What's so great about Fling is that you can Toxic a potential Wall, as well as boosting Acrobatics.
Sigh, Celebi and Primarina... They are too weak. There are stronger water types, a.e. Gyarados, Mega Swampert, Pelipper is a setup Mon that you wanted for Celebi, Rotom-Wash(Gets Electric coverage), Greninja is OP, Toxipex is annoying, Keldeo, and Tapu Fini is sitting in the corner.

Gyarados @ Focus Sash
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

This is your average Gyarados-Moxie sweeper. I use this a lot. :)
Weavile is wonderful, a nice offencive Ice type, but Weavile is an Ice cannon(lol puns). There are better ones: Mamoswine for a slow-bulky sweeper, Rotom-Freeze, the Kyurem's, and Cloyster.

Cloyster @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Rapid Spin

Cloyster is AMAZING, but it isn't reusable. Mamoswine has Priority and Kyurem is also Dragon.

Mega Gengar isn't allowed in OU. It's banned.

your suggestions are super cool, i really appreciate it
but i just wanna use my favorite mon (primarina cause he/she was amazing in my pkm moon playthrough) and something special (mega gengar with perish song and i did change it ev from spA to spD and it works)
i will try some of your sets, thanks :D
