Assuming this is gen 7 Ubers, I am pretty sure Chansey, Togekiss, Greninja, Mega Venusaur, and Celesteela are all outclassed. The only useful OU pokes I in Ubers see are the Tapu Lele/sometimes Koko, sometimes Ferrothorn, and Toxapex. Smeargle/Shuckle are the only useful Lower Tier pokes I've seen used. :P
