I decided not to use Cloyster or Kartana, but Hawlucha instead.

Cha (Hawlucha) @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick / Flying Press
- Acrobatics
- Roost
- Hone Claws / Swords Dance

Hawlucha is a glass cannon, but who cares when Koko is dead and it has plus Defense and Speed? At first, I didn't realize why Hawlucha was in OU. After playing through USUM though, I traded Hila, an NPC, and she gave me a Hawlucha. It's ability was Unburden and it was holding an X Attack. Then I realized why it is in OU.
But, Hawlucha could be even stronger. I am on the fence about Hone Claws and Swords Dance because Hone Claws gives accuracy, which is important because of High Jump Kick crashing and burning. Roost for healing, and High Jump Kick and Acrobatics for powerful STABS.

Volcarona
Volcarona @ Charti Berry
Ability: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spe/ 252 Def/ 4 SpA
Modest Nature
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Giga Drain

Mimikyu

Mimikyu @ Focus Sash
Ability: Disguise
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Shadow Sneak
- Drain Punch
- Swords Dance

Tapu Koko
Tapu Koko @ Electric Seeds
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- Thunder Punch
- Hidden Power Ice
- Roost

Chansey

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

Ferrothorn
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 232 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball

Because it wasn't used very much in UU so it dropped down. If you're unfamiliar, tiers are based on usage, i.e how much something is used. A pokemon that gets used a lot is OU, used a bit less UU, used less than that RU etc.

If you're asking how it has 'UU usage' despite being RU, Pokémon are only moved up or down at the end of each month, so it may become UU later.
In that case, give Kartana a Choice Scarf for a Revenge Killer, Choice Band for Wall Breaker, or Fightinium Z for a Z-Nuke. :P

Ferrothorn Should be able to tank Earthquake, although, it usually uses more Defense EVs. :P

Mega Scizor will tank a Rock Blast, set up Swords Dance, and then Spam Bullet Punch. Mega Scizor is kinda known for killing non-Fire type Speed Boosted/Fast Sweepers like Cloyster. :P

Also, Cloyster isn't as reusable as Excadrill as it will either have to Rapid Spin and die or Shell Smash, KO, and die. Even then, I'd say a reusable Defoger is more useful than Cloyster just because it can remove Stealth Rocks more reliably and keep your Volcarona safe. :P

Are you sure Focus Sash is the best item For Mimikyu? Even if it gets 2 Sword Dances in, there is still stuff that is faster than it, will take a Shadow Sneak at +4 Atk stages, and will kill it. Also, a lot of people Burn/Toxic Mimikyu rather than doing damage, and then send out Ferro with Leech Seed or Skarmory that spams Roost. While Drain Punch offers good coverage, Shadow Claw with Ghostium Z allows Mimikyu to break through walls like Celesteela and Skarmory that it otherwise wouldn't beat, while Life Orb allows it to sweep more effectively. :P
Thank you, i will take your critizism into consideration
karatana is a good defogger you can have him instead of cloyster

I am a solid Chansey user, and a firm believer in Protect. I know to always have a safe switch if I can’t get a Toxic in on a poison or steel. Primarily, my own steel type does that. But I also recommend you use a tiny bit more Special Defense. Might save you from a ridiculous psychic or, more unlikely, a stray Hyper Beam.

your team is nice but can be devastated by fast fire and ground types. I like how you used ferrothorn offensively.
I rate it a 7/10
