Pros and cons about my team?

I have made this team to get a 100-win streak in the battle tower in pokemon pearl, haven't succeeded yet but I'm trying. PLease name pros, cons and name ways I could make my team better!

Evs: 252 Sp. Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Hp.
Nature: Modest
Ability: Swift Swim

Aerial Ace (Just in case someone spams Minimize/Double Team)

Try putting teams into Pokémon Showdown first, because then you can import your sets onto here. It can also help you test different teams in competitive play, which in this case is the Battle Tower. It can make everything so much easier. Here's the link to the site so you can see what I mean:

Replace outrage with dragon claw, because they both get stab and u won't have to worry about dying to yourself by confuse damage
