Why are you using Lycanroc and Zeraora instead of rock Arceus and wash Rotom? If you don't like mythicals, why are you still using Zeraora?
How you gonna beat P-Groudon
It's easy to beat p groudon.first weaken it with earthquake Charizard and then kartana handles it with leaf blade
While it's true that being a legendary doesn't automatically make a pokemon good, nor does having a team full of legendaries automatically make that team good, there aren't a whole lot of non-legendaries that are viable in the Ubers tier, according to Smogon's viability rankings for the tier (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/usm-ubers-viability-ranking-thread.3623296/). I'd imagine it would be rather difficult to come up with a solid team without using legendaries. Still, if you want to try, I'd at least consult the viability ranking to look for non-legendary pokemon that can work in the tier. The only pokemon on your team that are on that list are Greninja and Marshadow. Finally, as an aside, I'll say that most offensive pokemon would benefit much more from an item that helps it better utilize its offensive capabilities such as a Choice item, Life Orb, or Z crystal than a Focus Sash. If you're up against something that threatens the pokemon you have in, it's better to just switch to something that can take it on rather than relying on Focus Sash to live the hit.
Nobody thinks that 'legendaries are everything' -- they think that using the most viable Pokemon helps you win games. You're not going to prove much with this team except that the Pokemon on it are ultimately worse than the best Pokemon in Ubers.
