First off the rules are:
No legendarys
No tapus or UB's
No Mythicals
No Ash-Greninja

The team:

Araquanid @ Focus Sash
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 216 HP / 252 Atk / 40 SpA
Brave Nature
- Sticky Web
- Liquidation
- Magic Coat
- Toxic

Araquanid provides Sticky web which helps out the next pokemon alot. I use Araquanid insted of shuckle or garvantula as it has access to magic coat which provents spikes, stealth rock, leech seed and sticky web. It can also fight back using liquidation which has 85 BP.

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Fang

Garchomp is usually used more frequently that its mega as the mega looses 10 speed however with its speed investments and the sticky web Araquanid provides it can outspeed many popular pokemon on cartridge while still keeping its +40 base attack furthermore, All of its attacking moves are affected by m-garchomps ability sand force which gets triggered by the next pokemon.

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 224 HP / 32 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rock Slide
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

Tyranitar sets up a sand storm for 8 turns because of smooth rock while still being able to fight back. Crunch and rock slide are both stab and earthquake is a solid move. Pursuit is good against psychic and ghost as they will usually switch out so STAB and the switching out bonus gives it immense power.

Chandelure @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower

Chandelure is an amazing set up sweeper and gains the ability flash fire which can is some cases allows chandelure to keep 25% health that you would usually use so you can get off calm mind easily as its fire type moves are boosted. Flash fire is quite easy to bait with the next pokemon.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip

Ferrothorn sets up multiple hazards and is just a bulk all round, as i use cartridge, pokemon don't always have the correct natures, Iv's or Ev's so you can sometimes survive a 4x effective fire type move however this is risky so the best option is to switch into chandelure and get the type boost. Ferrothorn also is amazing to stall and/or set up rocks and leech seed.

Togekiss @ Babiri Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Air Slash
- Flamethrower
- Roost

Togekiss provides a defog while still being able to sweep using Air Slash and Flamethrower and roost is always good. The babiri berry provides the ability to survive a steel move where you can usually 0HKO the user with flamethrower.

Singles or doubles? 3v3, 4v4, or 6v6?
6v6 non doubles
I think sticky web isn't reliable because defog is so common. It would be easier to build a good team if you simply made a hyper offense team that uses hazards but doesn't rely on them.
