Why are you using only 4 Pokemon? You know you're allowed to have 6 during the team preview, right?

Having 6 Pokemon makes it more difficult for your opponent to guess your strategy during team preview. Is there any good reason to have only 4 Pokemon?

Sylveon is a good pick with Pixilate Hyper Voice, Mystical Fire, Helping Hand, Protect.

Dragapult's moveset could use a complete overhaul. It doesn't perform well as a screen user due to its poor bulk and is better off running a myriad of offensive sets.
Sludge Wave is inherently better than Sludge Bomb, and Life Orb is better than Muscle Band.
My last suggestion is to run 6 Pokemon to keep your opponent guessing in Team Preview.
