x4 Jigglypuff (CG)-Hypnoblast is a decent one for 10 that puts the foe to sleep. Needed for evolution.
x3 Wigglytuff (CG)-Fluffy Fur makes it dangerous for my opponent to attack Wigglytuff, as it puts them to sleep. This allows Pester to become a two for 50. So my opponent has to decide if damaging Wigglytuff is worth going to sleep and also taking 20 more damage. Collect is also nice, drawing three cards.
x2 Skitty (CG)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Delcatty ex (CG)-Constrain is great. It will make my opponent discard cards. And while it makes me discard cards also, I can just discard Energy cards. I can then use Upstream, which for one energy does 10 damage times the number of Energy in my discard pile. Then it puts those Energy back into my deck. A great attack. Tail Slap is a decent three for 60 attack. No retreat cost is also nice.
x4 Tauros (CG)-A 70 HP basic. Crush Chance is good to get rid of a Stadium card my opponent has out. And Call for Family can give me a powerful bench at the start of the game.
x4 Zangoose (PK)-A 70 HP basic that isn't affected by Special Conditions. Has another Call for Family attack.

x4 Warp Point (CG)-A Switch and Gust of Wind in one card.
x4 Potion (CG)-Healing.
x4 TV Reporter (DF)-Drawing and can discard an energy to help make Delcatty more powerful, then I just get back the Energy.
x4 Strength Charm (DF)-To make my Pokemon do more damage.
x4 Steven's Advice (PK)-Drawing. Works great with Delcatty, as I'll have six cards in my hand with Delcatty and am able to play this card.
x2 Drake's Stadium (PK)-Reduces damage my Normal types take by 10.

x4 Double Colorless Energy (Base)-Two energy.
x4 Recycle Energy (Neo Genesis)-Infinite energy source, for use mainly with retreating.
x4 Potion Energy (Team Rocket)-Healing.
x4 Full Heal Energy (Team Rocket)-Removal of Special Conditions.
x4 Heal Energy (Deoxys)-Heals and removes Special Conditions.
