Nice. I like the addition of Jirachi, but I don’t think Gliscor is in Unova. Last time I checked, it’s Sinnoh/Kalos. I haven’t researched the stats lately, so then again I could be wrong.

Hello!
I looked over your team, which is pretty good for a first shot, (much better than mine!) and found some changes you could make to improve. I kept all the same Pokemon you originally had, but changed some of the natures, items and moves to strengthen up each member. I made these changes assuming that this team is meant for single battles.

Gliscor @ Toxic orb
Ability - Poison heal
EVs - 252 Atk 252 Def 4 Spe
Nature - Adamant or Jolly
- Stealth rock
- Knock off
- Earthquake
- Toxic/Fire fang/physical coverage move

In competitive play it’s not very common to see mixed sets, especially on a Pokemon like Gliscor, whose attack is much higher than its SpAtk. While coverage is important, it’s better to stick to one attack stat. In most cases, such as Gliscor, an alternative can be found that will deal more damage to the majority of Pokemon than a super effective attack that uses a significantly lower attack stat. Most of the time though, a same type alternative can be found, such as switching dark pulse for knock off. While a flying type stab can be useful, acrobatics is stuck with a base power of 55 due to the toxic orb. Instead, Stealth rock puts a dent in fire types, which three Pokemon in your team are significantly weak to. The last moveslot can be filled with toxic, which I like because it leaves a weakened opponent for your next Pokemon to deal with, or you can keep fire fang to try to deal with ice types, use another physical coverage move, or go with swords dance to make Gliscor hit harder. As far as EV’s I put the EVs for speed into HP which will help you last longer to take out opponents and set up stealth rock, Toxic/Swords dance. Also, the 4 EVs in SpAtk get put into Defense.

Jellicent @ Assult Vest / Life Orb
Ability - Water absorb/Cursed Body
EVs - 252 HP 252 SpAtk 4 SpDef
Nature - Modest
- Giga drain/Recover
- Scald/Surf
- Hex/Shadow Ball
- Ice beam

On Jellicent I swapped out leftovers because in most competitions and battle formats, you can’t have duplicate items, and Ferothorn had more to gain from it. Dark pulse should be replaced with a water STAB move such as surf or scald, since Jellicent’s already got a ghost move, which covers most of what the dark type does, and having a water type move is much more important due to your team’s prevalent fire weakness. Whether or not you decide to use Hex or Shadow Ball is important when deciding between Surf and Scald. If you choose to stay with Hex, Scald is much preferable due to its chance to burn the opponent, which boosts Hex and makes it viable. If you want more reliability, go with Surf and Shadow Ball. Ice beam is good to keep because it covers Jellicent’s grass weakness. As for Giga drain and Recover, it would depend on what item you choose. If you decide to go with Assult vest to give Jellicent a little extra bulk, Giga Drain is good for coverage or for a little extra HP. If you want to hit a little harder with a Life orb, than Recover is a better option to keep Jellicent alive as long as possible, and can be used multiple times, unlike a Sitrus berry.

Jirachi @ Apicot Berry / Fire gem
Ability - Serene grace
EV’s - 252 Atk 252 HP/Speed 4 HP/Speed
Nature - Adamant
- Natural Gift/Fire punch
- Thunder Wave
- Iron Head
- Zen Headbutt

While Jirachi didn’t have a favored attack stat, it’s ability, Serene grace, works better with a physical move set because of Jirachi’s access to Iron head and Zen headbutt, which both have a chance to cause the opponent to flinch. Combining the extra probability to flinch with parylization from thunder wave and Jirachi makes the best Paraflinch abuser there is. Coverage wise, Fire punch is good to take other steel types out, but with Nature’s gift and the Apicot berry, which turns it into a ground type move, it can take out Hetran, which is immune to fire moves due to flash fire. If Hetran is banned or uncommon in the format you choose to play in, Fire punch is good. The EVs for Speed and HP are interchangable depending on how you want Jirachi to handle. Faster or more bulk. I would go with 252 in HP, mainly because thunder wave will slow stuff down for you.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability - Iron Barbs
EV’s - 252 HP 252 Def 4 Atk
Nature - Relaxed
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Toxic/Spikes
- Protect

Ferrothorn! For this guy, your EV’s, ability, and nature stay the same. I chose to let Ferrothorn carry your one leftovers item because it can combine it with Leech seed, protect and awesome defensive stats to stall its way through most anything it isn’t weak to. Adding toxic to that mix quickens the process, but if you don’t mind a slower pace, or just like to draw out your enemies suffering, a layer or two of spikes never hurts.

Blissey @ Metronome
Ability - Serene Grace/Natural Cure
EV’s 252 HP 252 SpDef 4 SpAtk
Nature - Calm
- Soft Boiled
- Seismic Toss/Hyper Voice/Focus blast
- Toxic
- Shadow Ball

For Blissey I added toxic to help wear down opponents, since Blissey was not blessed with good attacking stats and was never meant to be offensively used. With the combination of Blissey’s glorious bulk and soft boiled, it can stall forever though! If you play online or have accsess to a Blissey with Seismic toss, use that instead of brick break because it will do identical damage to Blissey’s level, which I assumed would be 100. If you don’t have accsess to Seismic toss, use hyper voice instead. Shadow ball is for any ghosts that might taunt you. I substituted the sitrus berry for metronome because Blissey already has Soft Boiled for recovery and it gives her a little extra umph every turn if she gets stuck in an attacking position.

Metagross @ Muscle Band
Ability - Clear Body
EV’s - 252 Atk 252 Def 4 HP
Nature - Adamant
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Hammar Arm
- Elemental punch for coverage

Muscle Band?! I know that choice items give a slightly larger boost, but this way you won’t be stuck using one move. Rocky helmet is also good though, but the boost in attack will probably be more helpful in the end. Substitute Brick break for Hammar arm, which hits harder, unless its purpose was to break screens. Then add an elemental punch for coverage and Metagross and the rest of your team are ready to go!

Good job and Good luck!

Paraflinch Jirachi is a bad gimmick when the opponent can switch and when ground Pokemon are common. I'm pretty sure this set is better.

Jirachi @ leftovers

- U-turn
