This Team Is Built around Hyper Offense Sets.

Kingdra @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid Nature
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Flash Cannon
-Dragon Pulse
-HP Fighting

Surf: Didn't like scald's low power or hydro pump's low accuracy, so I went with surf.
Ice Beam/Flash Cannon: A great Coverage move for all the salamences, Dragonites, and other dragons like flygon. However, it could seem redundant as dragon pulse covers the same things, so if you choose you could run flash cannon.
Dragon Pulse: I would run Draco + White Herb, but I need the choice scarf for extra speed as kingdra isn't the fastest mon.
HP Fighting: Remember When I said I needed the choice scarf? Yeah, this is why. HP Fighting can outpace and cleanly KO unboosted Weavile. Also nice for bulky physical steel walls, like Aggron.

Nidoking @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
-Earth Power
-Thunderbolt
-Fire Blast
-Ice Beam

Timmy, you can stop typing your angry comment about how I'm so dumb for using a special nidoking.
The thing is that sheer force and the life orb boost these moves to the heavens.
Earth Power: The Best special ground move Nidoking gets. Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, and scorching sands are all worse.
ThunderBolt: Can easily take care of water types, as the ability + Life orb boosts its power to 152.1. In other words, stronger than a Hyper Beam.
Fire Blast: Take Care of the Ice-types and grass types that oppose Nidoking. i say grass types as Nidoking has no need to run a Poison-type attack, as they cover so little anyway.
Ice Beam: Here to take down zapdos effectively. Also can be a useful move to take down dragons that kingdra couldn't.

Togekiss @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 156 HP / 48 Def / 52 SpD / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
-Air Slash
-Ancient Power
-Dazzling Gleam
-Aura Sphere/Thunder Wave/Psychic

Air Slash: May be weak, but having a 60% chance to flinch is amazing.
Ancient Power: Having a coverage move that has a 1/5 chance for an Omni boost (all stats boosted at once) is really broken.
Dazzling Gleam: Best STAB Fairy attack. I have no idea why it doesn't get access to Moonblast while muk does, but ok.
Aura Sphere/TWave/Psychic: depends on what you want. if you want to cover steels, go for aura sphere. if you want to cover poison, go for psychic. But I run thunder wave. 60% flinch + 30% Paralysis = 90% chance for opponents turn to be rendered useless.

Alolan Raichu @ Aloraichium Z
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Grass Knot
-Focus Blast

Psychic: I'm not fully sure if I should run Psyshock to throw off incoming special walls. What should I do?
Thunderbolt: Great Move, and I have to run it in order to use the z-crystal as a trump card.
Grass Knot: Deals with the ground weakness, and since most ground types are partially rock type or are heavy, it'll do a huge chunk.
Focus Blast: A staple for psychic types. Massive coverage, and covers a weakness and a resistance.

Aggron @ Aggronite
Ability: Heavy Metal --> Filter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
-Body Press
-Heavy Slam
-Earthquake
-Head Smash

Body Press: A very strong move thanks to Mega-Aggron being a very heavy boi.
Heavy Slam: This should be stronger than any stab steel physical move thanks to weight.
Earthquake: Covers aggron's fire weakness, and a strong move.
Head Smash: A crazy powerful attack that can cover flying mons with fire moves, since for some reason a ton of flying types like pidgeot gets heat wave.

Weavile @ Choice Band OR Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVS: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Knock Off
-Icicle Crash
-Poison Jab/Brick Break
-Ice Shard

Knock Off: Better Throat Chop. Everything is holding an item, so it's really powerful and can stop Chansey and ferroseed to eviolite stall.
Icicle Crash: In case ice shard won't kill a bulky target.
Poison Jab or Brick Break: This slot is up to you. Poison Jab covers weavile's fairy weakness, but Brick break covers Rock and Steel.
Ice Shard: Great Priority move. Can easily Ko things that hold focus sashes to be revenge killers.

Advice on how to improve the team, improve the descriptions, or improve the Question is appreciated. Thank you, and have a great day!

You can make use of Pokemon that you like if you research which formats they are effective in first, then build a team around that. For example, Togekiss is strong in RU and Aggron is strong in PU.
If you want to use Aggron, A-Raichu, Togekiss etc I reccomend you to play the lower tiers like RU.
wait what does "breaker" mean?
It is a shorthand for "wallbreaker". They are Pokemon with high damage output and sufficient coverage to break through defensive cores. You should pick wallbreakers that are strong against Pokemon that cause problems for your sweepers.
This team doesn't look like it has any real synergy or gameplan. It looks like you threw 6 random offensive pokemon together and called it a day tbh.
