So I recently started trying 'competitive' with pokemon I like. I received help with all of these movesets when I made the last question asking to fix my team.

(NOTE: These movesets do NOT belong to me. As mentioned, they were given to me by somebody else in my last question) ((Thank you to whoever did that :D))

First:

Tyranitar-Mega @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Careful Nature
- Pursuit
- Foul Play
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock

Tyranitar is my Stealth-Rock setter. He goes out first, sets a stealth rock, paralyzes the target, then usually switches out. Sometimes the first pokemon that comes out is weak to Dark moves, so I set a Stealth Rock then use Pursuit. Whenever somebody sees that their Pokemon is weak to some of the moves I have, they usually switch out.

Second:

Marshadow @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poltergeist
- Close Combat
- Shadow Sneak
- Bulk Up

Marshadow is- well, great. I spam a few Bulk Up's, then immediately start Shadow Sneak and Close Combat. Life Orb just powers it all up.

Third:

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- V-create
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance

Rayquaza. He's usually used as a back-up for Marshadow. When Rayquaza is sent out, I spam Dragon Dance, then start using Extreme Speed or Dragon Ascent depending on types. V-Create is there to take down the Ice Types who threaten Rayquaza.

Fourth:

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Ultranecrozium Z
Ability: Prism Armor
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Photon Geyser
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Dance

Necrozma spams Dragon Dance, then uses Photon Geyser on whoever it affects. Earthquake and Stone Edge are more or less coverage among types. Ultra Necrozma is a deadly threat, so I quickly turn into him via Ultranecrozium Z. Pretty much another back-up.

Fifth:

Zygarde @ Leftovers
Ability: Power Construct
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 16 HP / 224 Atk / 24 Def / 12 SpD / 232 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Tail

Did I mention how much I love shiny Zygarde? No? Ok, well I'm saying it now. I've always wanted a team with Zygarde on it, but never figured out why he died literally every time I sent him out first. Zygarde is an alternative to Rayquaza. Thousand Arrows honestly is just a murderous move with a few Dragon Dances on it. It can hit flying types, which is amazing. Substitute to take cover when in a pinch, and Dragon Tail because.. I don't have to explain that.

Lastly (Sixth):

Yveltal @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Oblivion Wing
- Dark Pulse
- Sucker Punch
- Heat Wave
I have nothing else to say but 'killing machine'. This guy is an alternative to Marshadow and Zygarde. Life Orb + Dark Aura + Dark Pulse = You're screwed. Oblivion Wing and Heat Wave for Coverage and Sucker Punch for revenge. This guy is one of my favorites in Shiny Form.

That's all for my team! If you have any suggestions or comments, let me know!

Since you're using sprites from different sources, the image of the GIFs is varying. I suggest using the sprites from Pokemon Showdown:
http://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/ani/ (For normal GIFS) and http://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/ani-shiny/ for shiny sprites.
Why are you wasting the mega slot for pursuit trapping, Paralysis support, and SR. Just use leftovers or something.

Lemme try to do this.

Your Mega Tyranitar is great but its generally used as a caly counter, so 252 Sp.Def is preferred over 252 Spe.

Moving on to Marshadow, Spectral Thief is preferred over Poltergeist for its effect of stealing boost. Bulk up is good, but AG is so offensive that it might get OHKO in the set up turn so you would need to predict well.

Mega Rayquaza is good but you may consider Earthquake over V-Create as it lowers your Speed, thus making it lose your Dragon Dance speed boost. Earthquake would also allow you to hit Primal Groudon really hard, while still hitting opposing Necrozma-Dusk-Mane and Zacian-C.

Your Ultra Necrozma is good but it would be better if you replace Stone Edge with Sunsteel Strike. Sunsteel strike is much better than Stone Edge as it can hit mons like Xerneas. If you want Stone Edge that bad to counter Ho-oh, you can consider using it over Earthquake but it is generally better coverage.

Zygarde's EVs look kinda weird but that should not matter too much. The negative priority of Dragon Tail might be your downfall though. You can consider using Glare over Dragon Tail.
Alternatively, running Coil over Dragon Dance is viable. Then change the EVs to 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Sp.Def. And probably Careful nature. This would make a bulky set.

Lastly Yveltal. Overall its pretty good and I don't have any comments.

Marshadow won't get many opportunities to steal boosts because it is super frail, and most speed boosters can outspeed and KO it
And 2 Megas? That won't work. Only 1 is allowed per team. Swap Mega Tar with Normal Tar, it's pretty good.
And Poltergeist > Spectral, as sometimes you need the extra power, and boosts are really something that may kill ya before you take 'em, so ye.
As SSuperiority and AssaultDestiny told, Poltergeist is better. It's even recommended on all Smogon sets. How is stealing boosts easier than setting up Bulk Up? It gives your bulk a decent boost which allows it to take some hits.  Ultra Necrozma doesn't need Sunsteel Strike—hitting Ho-Oh is better than Xerneas. A +2 Light that Burns the Sky would already deal a chunk of damage to even Dynamaxed Xerneas. Glare on Substitute Dragon Dance? Oh god it's too annoying. Never mind, Dragon Tail allows it to outspeed opposing Ho-Oh and Lugia when they try to phaze you with Whirlwind, instead switching-them out.
